My 13 year old son was the primary rider of this scooter. Despite our initial satisfaction with the unit, on April 15th my son called me to tell me that the front wheel "fell off". I went and picked him up and examined the scooter after we arrived home. To my horror I found that the wheel fell off because the axle that runs through the wheel itself snapped and broke! This scooter was ordered on June 6th and arrived about 10 days later. The scooter was rode the remainder of the summer and into the fall, ceasing use for the year by Halloween (October 31st) so about 4.5 months of use. I live in Nebraska where we have winters that do not allow for riding to take place. A week into riding season this spring, the failure occurred. Excluding the winter months, this unit had less than 5 months of use. I would also point out that my son is only at my home and able to ride 1/2 of the time. Considering the light amount of use before failure, I find a major and extremely dangerous failure like this totally unacceptable. Thankfully the failure occurred at a low rate of speed and my son was able to only sustain minor injuries. It is terrifying to think what could have happened to him had he been at a higher rate of speed. Anything capable of the speed and acceleration this scooter was able to do should be built more robustly. I informed the manufacturer of this failure and all they did was direct me to post-sales support to fix this problem myself, which I also find unacceptable. No apologies, no concern for a catastrophic failure, no inquiring about if anyone was injured. This brand is JUNK and their response to this failure is a JOKE! STAY AWAY! THINGS THAT COST THIS MUCH MONEY AND USED GENTLY AND LIGHTLY SHOULD NOT BREAK LIKE THIS!

This scooter is super fast and a smooth ride. I have my son wearing a helmet. He loves this scooter a lot. It's fun to ride. The shocks work really well and the seat is super comfy. The cool lights come in handy when it gets dark so other vehicles can see my son at night. It was easy to assemble.

I was quiet surprise at how well the company did at packaging the scooter. Very easy to assemble the parts, every tool you need comes with the scooter. Not to mention the phone holder and bag that comes with it. For the price hands down best deal THANKS GUYS ZSNAKE ROCKS!!!

This thing is HUGE, TAKES UP A LOT OF SPACE. At first I kept being so scared that I broke it. I was having some anxiety. The suspension made a noise so I kept thinking something fell off. Accidentally had it in eco mode and thought the speed limiter was actually because I broke it. 😂, now that I know what I am doing... OMG, IS IT FUN. I drive the thing on full power so I definitely don't get anywhere close to 60miles before my next charge. But so far it hasn't let me down. Just remember it is NOT an ebike. If you power out... You are pushing 100lb scooter. Haha I have since customized. Got a new seat, and rear rack to connect to the seat. I've now ordered custom valve stem caps, and a bag to act as my trunk. Boy oh boy is this thing a head turner. People definitely notice you going by. I haven't been pulled over yet. Knock on wood. It's a blast to ride standing up. I leave the seat on and still stand up often. I keep my feet staggered so that I can stand up anytime I am ready. I was a relative Noob when buying this. But if you want a great entry level off road scooter... This is for you. It does EVERYTHING the more expensive ones on YouTube do. But mine seems better put together. Solid. Sturdy. I worry wrecking might break something on the handlebars. But all other things seem like they could be hit by a tank and keep rolling. I've heard or seen people complain about this company. I have not had to contact customer service. (Although when I thought I broke it I considered it. Glad I didn't.) As far as my experience, the product has exceeded all expectations. One thing to consider, I don't actually believe the speedometer. Cuz at full blast this thing said I got it to 70mph. I just know that's not possible. But boy is it fast. Tires spin out on take off if you aren't ready for the power. 😂 Have fun guys. If I see you out there I'll nod on my way by. P.s. Consider buying a helmet at least to go with it.

The photo of the scooter looks rather small in the photo, but it is heavy and hard to move like someone built it in a garage. Don't get me wrong it look very nice, but not a sleek scooter you see on the street. When the package arrived at my home it weighed over 95 lbs. A beast! When you strep on the scooter it's very high off the ground a foot high. I seen in a review the the battery life drastically reduces after a year. This was going to be a commuter scooter. So I sent the company a message asking how much it would cost to replace the battery. Over the next 12 days they danced around the answer. I never got the answer from them, until after I open a return. I decided I didn't wish to do any further business with Zsnake. Now The shipping was free, and now I was told by the company I would have to pay for the shipping back over 185.00. I am now going through a A to Z claim with amazon. Also something to consider when buying the scooter this is a thumb throttle. Your hand will tire holding the switch up for long periods of time. Won't fit in your car heavy cumbersome. The company through the return process threatened, if I didn't cancel the claim I may not get my money back. Never cancel the case! My worst experience on amazon.
