Bought this for my adult son who has a disability to ride when he comes home from his group home. He loved it! Easy to use, durable, and portable. Bought it for Chrisymas 2025. Have charged it several times since then. Charged it before my son’s last visit home and the scooter won’t start. Bought a new charger in case it was issue with charger. No luck. Researched and was encouraged to hit factory reset button. Took deck apart. No reset button. Checked all connections. They are all tight. Still won’t turn on. Beyond window to return. Got on-line to order a new scooter from a different company. Will see if this one can be donated as it works as a kick scooter. Disappointed as I really did like the scooter, but can’t think of anything else to do to try to bring it back to life and have wasted too much time figuring it out.

This scooter is very fast. It will go 19Mph as posted. It is very convenient to take places the way it folds up so easily and how light it is. I love the appearance of this scooter it is very stylish looking. The battery lasts a very long time. It is built durable and of quality. It was super easy to put together. Learning to use it was really easy. I really like the digital speed odometer. The light on the front and brake light makes it convenient to ride it at night. The hand brake makes it safe to ride anytime as well. I really enjoy riding this scooter. Very much recommend this product to anyone.

Got this scooter for commuting and it’s been great so far. It has plenty of power for city riding and even handles small hills without an issue. The speed feels just right, and the range easily covers my daily trips. Brakes feel solid and the lights make night rides feel safer. I really like how smooth it rides with the suspension and solid tires. It folds up fast and is easy to carry or toss in the trunk. The app is a nice bonus but not required. It’s a fun, high quality scooter!

I give it a 4 star because it’s a decent little scooter for the price. Seems well made and pretty solid, easy to use. Just a little feedback on the specs, the speed and range are probably based on a 150 lb person using the eco mode. After a full charge I got maybe 5 miles using the sport/speed mode and the speed tops out at 16 mph going downhill. I’m a 250lb male. Slows to 10-12 mph going up inclines. But it’s been fun to have around the neighborhood.

I bought this scooter for my daughter who is off at college, she needed something to help her traverse the campus and get to class on time. So far she has put it to the test and it has held up wonderfully to the daily use. The biggest plus has been the customer service. I have reached out to them twice and twice I've been very happy with the service. The first time I reached out was for a price adjustment, the scooter had gone on sale after I purchased it. I reached out and without missing a beat they just refunded the price difference. I know it seems like a low bar but nowadays it's always a struggle and a fight to get sellers to do the right thing and to have one just get right to it really made my day. Second time was for a replacement part. My daughter had a little mishap and ended up breaking the kick stand off, I reached out looking to purchase a replacement. They got back to me the next day asking for a picture of the scooter and what I needed, next thing I know they sent me the part, just like that. I wish my local store had customer service like this! I guess I should say a little something about the scooter itself. It is a nice size even for an adult and it moves pretty good. I like that you can use the app to adjust speed limit and the range is very good, my daughter has her car with her at school but barely moves it because she uses the scooter for all her trips around town and school. I have to admit that at first I thought the scooter was going to be more of a toy but it has held up wonderfully and has been a viable method of transportation. Thanks
