Opened scooter today. Immediate disappointment. The holes for the four screws to attach the handle were misaligned causing the screws to strip out or not go in all the way. Once we got past that issue, the scooter made a scraping noise as it was being ridden. Realized the brakes were set too tight from factory. Once we realigned the break pads we discovered a loud rattling sound and found the back wheel guard was not riveted properly to the frame and was rattling. It’s a pretty good scooter for getting around but the only issue I have is I feel like it’s very cheaply made. My brake light literally fell off and the little bell on the front is acting janky after using it so be very cautious if you’re considering buying this.

Bought two of these. One came put together well. The other had the rear fender missing some screws(rattled a lot) and the handle bars holes didn’t line up well during assembly. I filed the tube down to get the holes to line up for the handle bars. Just expect to get what you pay for in an inexpensive scooter from China. The app was strange to setup. The app apparently can setup LOTS Of devices with Bluetooth. Search through all the options in the app and you will find a scooter eventually. The app setup easily even with two scooters on the same app. Check all your fasteners before you ride. First ride went well. These aren’t fast, but in sport mode they move fast enough.
