My honest review of this WTRHXA scooter is that it’s a fun and easy-to-assemble scooter. I’ve had it for almost a week now, and I just got a chance to fully test it out. First, I want to compliment the customer service team. Some of the bolts on the seat came off, so I messaged them and asked if they could send me some replacement bolts for the scooter. They kindly sent me some right away. That’s a very good thing, and I really appreciate their customer service. That’s what I call going the extra mile for your customers. The only drawback with this scooter, honestly, is that I don’t really like the app. I wish there were a more compatible app for this scooter that did everything it needed to do. Other than that, I have no complaints. It brakes well, handles well, and overall, I’m very happy with it. I’ll definitely be using this scooter a lot during the fall. I would recommend this scooter to anyone with kids or anyone who just wants an easy way to commute around the city. It’s also easy to disassemble if you need to put it in your trunk or take it on a train or bus. It’s very compact and doesn’t take up a lot of space. Amazing scooter. My son is in love with it that we ordered another one for my oldest daughter. I even as a father at 40 years of age, use it and I will say it is so soothing and clears my head. I highly recommend this for anyone interest in a good quality scooter

This is a very nice scooter and well made. I feel bad that I had to return it, but it was my fault. I am 85 years old and finally have to admit that I cannot do the things I did when younger! My balance is way off, I had trouble steering it..

Great price! I got this scooter because of the parking situation at work. The walk to the building is far and I have achilles tendinitis. I find myself using it for more than that. I ride it just for fun now. The seat is very comfortable, it’s sturdy and easy to use. It brakes with ease. It’s suitable for kids around 11 and up. It’s not too heavy if you have to lift it. The speed tops out at 19mph and slows when going up hill to about 12mph, depending on the hill. I had my family come ride it! We all love it! ... show more

    • Charger was broken upon arrival.

The charger tip was bent and it wouldn’t charge at all. But the bike is very stable. I am returning it and buying a new one. Hopefully I won’t have problems again, but I am going to buy lock washers and nylon nuts for the seat. 2 nuts fell off after riding it for 10 minutes.

This scooter is awesome. The price was very reasonable. It was easy to put together. I love that I can ride with or without the seat. I needed parts for the seat, and the manufacturer was on top of it helping me out. Very nice and prompt. Love this scooter! Can't wait for my camping trip. :)

The adjustments for the seat, weren't fitted correctly. The screws kept coming loose or fell off, not the part to hold the seat to the scooter, but the seat to itself.

Little thing goes fast. Perfect for short trips when im over the road. I don't have to drag my trailer with me. It's rough going over bumps or pathways that's not smooth though. Not sure about battery life bc I don't use it all the time.
