Great Buy and helpful customer service!
This is a great electric scooter—smooth ride, long battery life, and super convenient for daily use. When I faced some problems with it, the customer service team was amazing. They were patient, quick to respond, and made sure the issue was taken care of. I’m really happy with both the product and the support. Highly recommend! ... show more

Joy Ride
It's a great gift for my grandchild to get back and forward to the park, school, and shopping mall. Was ordered for graduation and birthday all in one. I love it and recommend it to anyone.

Enjoying the little moments
We love this dang scooter. Great speed and mobility. I took the baby on a stroll and we went far with no problems. My co worker rode it and wants one. I’ll post her enjoying it.

No longer turns on
After using this scooter approximately 15 times it no longer turns on. My son loved the scooter and it is unfortunate that it no longer works. I looked at the troubleshooting options and none of the options address this issue. Does anyone know if there is a customer service number I can contact?
