Why won’t the electric scooter start after I received it? For safety reasons (especially for children), the electric scooter defaults to Kick Start mode (requires a push to activate). You can switch it to Speed Zero Start (throttle-powered start) via the APP. How can I make it go faster than 6 mph? To boost your scooter’s speed beyond 6 mph, tap the power button to switch from ECO mode to D (13mph) or S (16mph), or use the app to unlock the speed limit for up to 21mph (check local rules and safety first). Why aren't the speed and range of my ride maxed out? The speed and range of your ride may vary due to factors include speed, load, number of starts and stops, ambient temperature, etc. Under ideal conditions, it can reach up to 21 MPH with a maximum range of 20 miles. How do I turn the cruise control on or off? To activate: Press and hold the throttle for 6 seconds until you hear a confirmation beep, signaling cruise mode is engaged. To deactivate: Simply give it throttle or press the brake.
