There’s nothing wrong with it but it’s just way too heavy but it’s the only one priced this low anywhere on Amazon so you’re pretty much forced to buy this one. It’s just too heavy and bulky and slow to accelerate considering Walmart sells ZNH ebikes for this price and they’re faster and lighter than a scooter that’s supposed to go the same speed and be more portable, it’s actually heavier than an entire e-bike and much much slower and less convenient and won’t go uphill, but it’s a nice scooter to have if you can’t afford anything worth buying. I’m still disappointed in this thing and wouldn’t want to spend the price I paid for it when you can find a decent one elsewhere for a little more. Amazon has been doing really bad lately.

Not good for hills, almost stops with a minor inclination and drains the battery really fast. I'm 150 pounds so bigger guys will suffer a lot. Very slow acceleration, takes forever to get to 22 m/h. Too expensive for what you get, although it feels well built. I dont think I will recommend it, look for other options instead. UPDATE: Battery lasted only 15 miles.... bad. I was expecting the 31 miles offered. This lowers my rating from 3 to 2 stars. Very dissapointed and frustrated.

DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER!!!! I bought for my son who started college in August. By the middle of November my son was heading to class the front part of the frame that holds the tire broke off causing him to get scuffed up. I reached out to get a replacement only to be told that they will send me the part and the instructions to put it together. Excuse me…. This scooter is now defective and I DO NOT weld. The tires did not hold either as I requested they send new ones because they were pretty bald. After getting Amazon involved many times I requested we get a new one sent. Maxshot sent a label via Amazon messenger there was no way to print it. I requested to send it, Maxshot sent me back just show to FEDEX they will print one. Took the time to go to FEDEX they wouldn’t take it. Reached out again asked to just send a label no link to my email. They denied the request. After an hour talking with Amazon I’m finally getting my money back…well that didn’t happen right away. It took SEVERAL times to get some action. Even went to A-Z claim for them to deny. I even got a message from seller (I would email them daily I want my money back) that to “I NEED TO REFRAIN FROM MAKING THINGS DIFFICULT FOR THE WORKING FOLKS ” !!! I’m not even gonna say what 2cents I gave them but I’m sure you can guess. I finally had enough of dealing with this issue that I sent them a message with every name of a customer that has sent the same scooter back. I also told them that I’m working with Amazon to get the item off as “Amazon Choice”. I finally over a month later woke up this morning to get a message I got a full refund. The item has also been deemed “frequently returned item”. My recommendation is stay away from ANY scooter or item sold by Maxshot they are absolutely the rudest a horrible company to deal with. Do not believe the reviews that this is a “good product”… I’m sparing you the headache…. ITS JUNK!!!!!
