I'm giving this product five stars because I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with it although I did return it. The reason I returned it is because it couldn't get up the hills then I wanted it to be able to get up for my uses, but also I didn't really know too much about how electric motors work and how much wattage would be required to get what weight of what kind of inclines, so I don't really think that's a sign of the product being poor quality, I think that's just me not really understanding what I was purchasing. As far as the thing itself it is pretty good for the price, I will say there's not a ton of suspension when going over cracks and things like that so don't expect the smoothest ride, but for a relatively cheap scooter that is relatively sturdy and well made, I would say this is still a good option if you don't need much power to get up hills. Just be aware of what it is you actually need. Additionally, when I returned it, customer service was pretty good, they wanted me to use a different label than the standard Amazon label which was a little bit odd but I checked with Amazon and everything appeared to be fine and in fact I forgot to put the charger back in the one that I opened and they didn't even require me to send the charger despite my offering to pay for it since it was my mistake. It's clear that they want to provide good customer service and maintain good ratings and reviews, so that's always a plus with this sort of thing. You can at least know that if it ends up being not what you wanted you can return it and there won't be too many problems.

This scooter arrived defective and would not work. The back tire had a dragging sound and did not rotate properly even after using the unlock button on the app. The seller sent a return label but the label supplied the return address but NOT payment for the shipping. After contacting Amazon I was told to pay for the shipping and once they received the receipt of payment they would reimburse me. This is a lot of back and forth and much to do over an item that not once did I get a chance to use! I do not recommend this scooter as a confident purchase. Go else where! UPDATE: The seller reached out to me and provided the proper shipping label so I was able to schedule a pick-up and have the scooter shipped back to them. The intern refunded my payment. I appreciate them making the correction however I truly believe the payment for the return should have been provided at the first which would have saved me much stress with phone calls and emails.

It's out together easily but the part where we had trouble was the QR code. The one supplied with the scooter doesn't work. I had to look at the ads on the page to find the correct QR code. I had to use two phones, one to display the pic and the other to scan the code. It's a direct download for Droid and in the AppStore for iPhone. The scooter synced up flawlessly. The ride was smooth and it did reach 20 mph. The build quality seems pretty sturdy and holds my weight. I'm 240 pounds and at 6' 3" I felt pretty safe on it. The light on the front is bright enough to be seen by other motorists on the road. I like the blinking taillight as well. Scooter folds easily for storage. Just make sure you look for the QR Code in the pics in the description because the one in the box leads to a dead web page.

Shipped quick. QR code on the scooter itself would not install app, bad app. Called Amzon for support, they transferred me to someone who told me there was nothing they could do becaue its a Third Party Seller, it had to be shipped back to China. You can't return to an Amazon drop off. Up to 48 hours for your return to be approved by seller then you get an RMA and go to UPS. Sat on hold with Amazon support for 55 minutes until they hung up on me. Found a different APP QR on the Amazon ad page so I downloaded that but scooter still wouldn't pair with phone. I booted my phone then it finally paired. Instructions & support both suck. Scooter & app are working now, so far so good.

If your looking for an affordable electric scooter this was has been really good. I hadn't hear of the brand but it was a good deal so we bought it and its been really good it has 3 speeds, disk brakes and it looks really cool The breaks work really well I love that it has disk breaks its super fun

I bought this scooter for quick errands and commuting, but it turns out my husband has completely claimed it! He’s absolutely obsessed and now takes our kids for rides around the neighborhood every chance he gets. It’s become a fun bonding activity, and the kids look forward to their “scooter rides with dad” every day. It folds up in seconds, fits easily in our trunk, and it’s surprisingly lightweight for how solid and durable it is. And let’s not forget the solid tires—no flats to worry about, ever! Overall, this scooter has far exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for something fun, functional, and family-friendly, this is the one!

I bought it two months ago. The first month the accelerator broke and I had to replace it. I had to have it serviced for a week while the parts arrived, and now, as the second month came to an end, the aluminum tube broke completely, rendering the scooter useless. I recommend that you look for another type of scooter or preferably save a little more money to buy a better quality one. It's really not worth investing in something like this.
