this scooter is one of the nicest looking ones i’ve gotten so far. the deck board design actually looks sick in person, it makes the whole scooter look more expensive than it really is. setup was super easy too, took a few minutes. only thing I had to actually install was the kickstand but that took like a minute, just screw it on everything else was ready to go right out the box. the ride is really smooth and it feels solid when you’re on it, not wobbly or cheap feeling like some other scooters i’ve had. it goes around 20 mph which is perfect for me, fast enough to feel fun but not too crazy where it feels unsafe. the brakes work great, especially the brake lights, they light up good to see which is nice for riding at night. Head light is good i like how sturdy it feels everything came clean and packaged right, no scratches or loose parts. it folds pretty easily too so it’s not annoying to store or carry. the battery seems solid so far, lasts long enough for me for a few trips and hasn't died yet for the price this scooter is a good deal. you get good speed, good brakes, i’m really happy with it and it feels like something that’ll last a while. definitely recommending this one

It’s an AMAZING scooter. I’ve been on many scooters in the past, but the comfort on this one is next level. It fits me just right, and the vibrations are perfectly minimized. I definitely LOVED how easy and simple it was to set up compared to other ones I’ve had in the past, and the simple yet sturdy design of the scooter. (As seen in the pictures) It has a fast top speed of 19mph, and has a great battery life too. Overall, I’d say it’s definitely worth its price, and I’m considering buying my son one for this Christmas.

This electric scooter is even better than the pictures. In person, it looks more solid and well built than shown online. The quality exceeded my expectations it feels sturdy, rides smoothly, and the speed is great for daily commuting. The seat is comfortable, and the bag is very useful for carrying small items. Battery life is good and matches the description, and the scooter folds easily for storage. Overall, this is an excellent value for the price. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I just purchased this scooter and recieved it on December 31st. Im not going to sit here and act like it was the worst thing in the world, because it wasn’t and it got me from point A to point B. I had never ridden on an electric scooter before or anything like that and I never even learned how to ride a bike as a kid, so on the first day riding it, balance was a severe issue. I did fall a few times. But by that same night when I went to ride it home, I almost completely got the hang of it and had a mostly smooth ride home. I had off yesterday, and today I went to take it to work again. I was fine on the way there, everything was mostly smooth. I just got out of work today and I went to take it home and it was starting to act funky. Somehow, the front wheel and handlebars were not aligned anymore and so when I would hold them straight I would veer off to the right. Also, the ride felt way more bumpy than usual. I ended up just going with the flow and learned how to ride it awkwardly like that and then I turned onto a street where there weren’t many cars. So, instead of stopping at the turns which I was doing 6/10 times, I just kept my normal speed and went to turn (which was like 12-14mph). Because of the seat being loose, when I tried to lean left a bit after I realized I was going too far right, I completely toppled over and scraped a good chunk of skin off of my right arm and also ripped the side of my pants, and while the scooter was on its side, the gas toggle held down all the way, and because of that the scooter went in a circle on it’s side until it just broke. The gas toggle was pointed upwords and now it gives me an error message on the screen. I would like to touch base on the durability of the scooter and specifically the seat more as well: the screws that are supposed to hold the bottom part of the seat in place and connect it to the scooter come loose way too easily. I had to twist them back in multiple times in the 4 trips I’ve taken with this scooter. And the worst problem of all of them is the seat. I think it is the most terrible design that they could’ve thought of. There are two parts to the seat (not including the little storage thing). The one that connects to the actual scooter, and then the one that connects to the seat that you actually sit on. There are no screws or anything to connect the top part to the bottom part. You are just supposed to slide the steel rods into the other ones. The problem with this is that they dont slide in very far and because you are naturally going to lean forward at times when you are riding the scooter the seat becomes more and more slanted until it just pops out. I had this happen to me multiple times while riding the scooter and while walking it through certain areas that I could not ride in due to being on a main road or there being a lot of cars. The road is not perfect, but it is smooth enough to where that should not happen. And other times I would walk it through grass (not bumpy or anything) and the top would again just pop off while I am slowly walking and actively making sure to avoid any bumps or holes in the grass. The seat is what caused my accident because if it was designed better than it was, I would have been able to save myself from crashing. If the roads where you live are absolutely perfect and it’s like riding on a brand new road like in the very first Cars movie when lightning mcqueen replaced it in Radiator Springs, then this is the scooter for you. But if that’s not the case, don’t buy it. I will be actively trying to get my money back as I got the 2-year warranty with it.

A great little scooter that looks so cute! I added a front basket over the handlebars. Here's my only complaint: well I have two. Number one it is difficult to keep the scooter steady. It seems to sway back and forth. Especially when the wind picks up. I think it's because of the small handlebars maybe? The other complaint is I definitely feel afraid sometimes of riding over a rock or pebble and that's all she wrote! Another one bites the dust! I wonder if the tires can be made wider or thicker. I feel that's a safety concern. I can go up to 19 mph. There is a small incline on my way to work that it easily can climb. A powerful little scooter! The storage is such a great addition as well as the seat. I have the functional seat and it is so comfortable to sit on! It feels like I'm riding on a moped. I added a mirror so that I can see the traffic behind me. It was easy to put together although I will say the booklet needs to be updated because a part for the seat that's included is different than what's in a book. The QR code for the app Tuya is listed in the instructions manual. You need to be near the scooter to use the app. Remember to have Bluetooth on! I wasted 15 minutes one day standing in the blazing sun trying to unlock my scooter only to realize that the Bluetooth was not connected. 🤦♀️ so yes you can lock this scooter via the app. Overall I highly recommend this scooter. You can't beat the price! And the fact that it functions the way it is designed to function is wonderful.

This electric scooter is absolutely AWESOME! The dual suspension is an amazing feature that lets you effortlessly ride over cracks in the sidewalk or potholes without feeling a thing in your back. This electric scooter is also lightweight, folds quickly in just a matter of seconds and is compact so you can take it almost anywhere with you. The LCD display can easily be read, the front "headlight" is bright and the rear light keeps me safe when riding at night. The three modes it offers help me either save battery when I need to (ECO) or go up to 19 mph (S) when I need to quickly zip around. Great value!

This electric scooter arrived in great packaging. It was well packaged with foam and there was nothing wrong. It was very easy to setup and turn on to start riding right away. All I needed to do was to screw in the handle to secure it and was able to start using it immediately. The scooter has an app you can use to change speed options and it can go really fast. The battery life is awesome too. It has a headlight in the front and a hand brake so it feels really safe to ride even at night. The build is very sturdy and the price is very affordable!

I really like the scooter BUT 3 stars for a few reasons. The nuts and bolts aren't of the best quality, so they don’t tighten very well. They’re constantly coming loose. I’ve lost 2 of my seat bolts and I have now lost my kickstand. Every time I come home from a ride I’ve lost some bolts and nuts. Couldn’t find any direct contact information for the seller. My scooter is about a month old and has only been taken for 3 rides. The ride itself can be a bit harsh on the bum if you are not on a smooth road. The wheels don’t handle the smallest road cracks or any small bump very well you have to slow down by a lot or it feels like you might lose control and have an accident. It’s aesthetically very pleasing to the eye, and you have the ability to add baskets for storage which I have but I’m concerned about the overall build of the scooter so we shall see as time goes by. I’m now on the hunt for a new kickstand. Bummer!
