I’m really happy with this purchase, especially with the added savings from a coupon discount. This scooter easily reaches speeds of 17-19 mph in the highest mode, and with the speed unlocked, I managed to hit 20 mph (I weigh 200 lbs). In the unlocked mode, it tops out at 20 mph for me, but lighter riders may reach the full 23 mph. I pushed the battery pretty hard, riding 13-14 miles before the warning light came on. In the highest mode, which drains the battery faster, it used about half the charge. However, if you stick to the standard 19 mph mode, I’m confident you could easily reach 15 miles on a single charge. I also had it on cruise control the entire time, which made the ride smoother and more consistent. One of the standout features is the suspension. It absorbs bumps really well, making the ride smooth and quiet—this scooter is impressively quiet. The braking system is also strong, almost to the point of being a little intimidating at first, but it definitely gives you the control and stopping power you need. While the app was a bit of a pain to install, you really only need it once to set things up. After that, it’s smooth sailing. If you're looking for a scooter that comfortably goes 15-19 mph with a range of 12-15+ miles, has great suspension, large wheels, and is both fast and quiet, this is a great buy. For the price and all the features it offers, it’s hard to beat. It has suspension which works and make the ride smooth and quiet. This scooter is super quiet. With all the features for the price this is a good buy. The App is Annoying to install but you really only need it one time for settings. The Breaks are also very strong in a scary way. Buy this scooter if you like going 15-19mph speed and wants a range around 12-15+ miles. It has suspension, wheels are big and nice, Quiet, Fast. ... show more

The scooter is good, well built. 19 MPH on a scooter is fast, I didn't realized it until I got on it and let it run. It is hard on the bumps, I can feel the hits on my knees every time. I think it's just matter of get use to it. It's a big change from using a non electrical to this one. It has a good power and the brakes are responsive. It slows down going uphill but I would have expected it. It is kind of heavy and big to carry it on the bus or train compared to the non-electric one that I used. The folding of it is super easy just need to pull a lever and it folds down, very simple, straightforward. It needs only 4 screws to assemble but unfortunately the back 2 don't align correctly to put them in. I might have to make the holes a bit wider to make them fit. Overall, it is a very good so far. Very nice scooter with excellent features and build quality! I have been using this scooter for a while now and I am very pleased with it. It is sturdy, sleek and has excellent features such as built in lights and locks. Some of my favorite features are the bright light, display speed screen and acceleration, and it was very easy to assemble. It has an easy to maneuver folding mechanism that makes it easy to store and travel with.
