So we had bought these scooters for our boys for Christmas given the idea that by spring they'd be able to ride them and be with their friends whom also had their parents buy them electric scooters well the first time both of them got onto them they had immediate issues with the acceleration of the scooter's sometimes they would go up to the speed that they were supposed to go and sometimes you literally had to push start it for them to go anywhere then on my one son scooter from the time you got it has had break issues we thought maybe if we just tighten the break up it would help nope it didn't then the wire that goes from the handlebars to the bottom of the scooter I'm assuming where the battery is has to be messed with because it'll go into this F5 mode or something and it won't go anywhere at all so long story short we've had nothing but issues with these scooters since we bought them which is very frustrating because I mean not like they were cheap we paid a good amount of money for these scooters and we didn't get what we were under the assumption of getting so my sons have both not been able to ride them and trying to get in contact with anybody is like pulling teeth I'm not very happy we work hard for our money and we don't like to throw it away these scooters definitely were not worth the money we paid for them I just hope somebody contacts us this time in regards to this issue as you can see in the photo demonstrated below we had to put a screw inside of where the other screws popped out that held the scooters together this is on both of the scooters by the way

I've had the 8.5", 350w, H7 without suspension for a month and use it everyday to get to work. Some thoughts... I liked this scooter but returned it ultimately because the screws that hold the handle bar in place constantly loosen up. I have to tighten daily and the handle bar constantly shakes as i ride. I even got better screws to no avail. Wheels I'm glad I bought solid wheels. I don't have to worry about costly tire replacements. Without any suspension, it's a very bumpy ride which lead me to my biggest complaint Assembly Super easy to put together. There's only 4 screws to attach the handle bar and you are good to go. Speed Surprisingly has got good zip. It can reach 19mph, but only on a slight decline. Typical top speed on level ground is 16-17mph. Still fast enough for me. Battery life 2.5 miles from my house to the subway and .8 miles from the subway to work. So roundtrip is 6.6 miles. Fully charged battery lasts two roundtrips (13.2 miles). Pretty good considering I'm almost always traveling at top speed. Portability It is light enough for me to carry with one hand up/down flights of stairs to the subway and compact enough to keep underneath my desk to charge at work or to slide underneath subway seats. All other features function exactly as you'd expect.

Compact (locks into place when collapsed and when set to ride) and very lightweight considering how much power this little guy has. Has front and back lights for when riding at night or in dusk is needed. Good battery life. Goes rather fast for a kids scooter. Easy to ride and one button on and off. Sturdy frame and wheels and tough overall shell so dont worry if it takes a ding or two while riding. I'd be more worried about whatever it hit instead.
