Been riding this around the neighborhood and having a great time with it. Motor is smooth and the acceleration feels controlled without being too aggressive. Speed is solid for cruising around and the battery lasts way longer than expected, barely need to charge it daily. Folds up easy for storage which is a big plus. Suspension handles bumps well so the ride stays comfortable even on rougher paths. Double braking system gives good peace of mind too. Please save yourself the headache at all costs. I purchased this scooter for my grandson, and both the product quality and the customer service have been an absolute nightmare. Within a short period of time, the scooter started having multiple issues: • The acceleration would randomly stop responding • The handlebars became loose while riding, which is a major safety concern • The app would not properly connect or function • The kickstand completely came off The most concerning part is that parts of the scooter literally began coming apart while my grandson was riding it. At that point, this stopped being an inconvenience and became a serious safety issue. Trying to get help from the seller has been beyond frustrating. Instead of resolving the problem, they continuously ask the same questions over and over, request photos repeatedly after they’ve already been provided, and keep shifting the conversation instead of offering an actual solution. The entire process feels like a delay tactic rather than genuine customer service. For the amount of money spent, I expected a safe, reliable product and professional support if issues came up. Unfortunately, this experience has been the complete opposite. I would not recommend this scooter or this seller to anyone. ... show more

It’s pretty sturdy was easy to set up out of the box and the Quality feels nice. It feels stable and the range is pretty good. I can use it for all my daily uses and it can be folded down so it’s pretty portable as well and it doesn’t weigh too much so it’s good enough to control, but keeps you on the ground firm. The kids LOVE this. Good break and speed control, lights and has a bell. Super fun and battery lasts a long time! Like all day. Built solid, quality materials. Good price point. They are meant for older kids and adults, it seems but my tiny 8 year old has mastered it. Definitely ride with a helmet.
