Very impressive for the price! Took it for a test ride and it works as advertised. The performance really surprised me. Uphill performance is solid with speeds reaching up to 18 miles an hour. The suspension is nice. Although you will still feel bumps, they definitely help. Brakes are also very sensitive and responsive. Assembling this scooter is a piece of cake and instructions are nicely written on the box so that by the time you lift the scooter out of the box, all you really need to do is screw in the kickstand and you're pretty much good to go. You will def need to install the app to change the settings on the scooter so keep that in mind, but it is very easy to use and navigate. Scooter comes with a night light thats pretty bright, navigation lights, and a bike bell thats cute, but serves no purpose really. All in all, im very happy with it. Id recommend it. Edit*** After a few days of use I have noticed that the uphill performance is not too good which is to be expected with a batter of this capacity. If you're on a steep incline, it wont push more than 5mph. ... show more

I bought this escooter for my family to use and it has been absolutely amazing! The body of the scooter is very durable with extra foot space. The scooter stays very stable and easily maneuverable even when it goes to the top speed and that makes it very stable. I've had no issues with folding it and moving it around, it's surprisingly light for it's size. It's a lot more waterproof than other escooters I've had as well. Overall the system for controlling the speed and cruise control has been extremely easy to use. I like the height of it especially since it allows the scooters supports to have more room to take on bumps and minimize shaking as well. This lends to a smoother ride overall. By far my favorite feature however is that the battery life on it is wonderful. The range is exactly as advertised and exceeded expectations with physical assistance. Overall this is a wonderful scooter that I have thoroughly been enjoying using to get around place to place. ... show more

This is a good scooter. My son uses it. He is 190lbs. Takes over 3 hrs to charge but when it runs out of charge it takes 5+ hrs. I would definitely not try to go 10 miles without a charge for return trip.

I really love this scooter. It works amazing and does the job well. I only have one complaint 😭 my thumb is hurting from the throttle. I have to hyper extend my thumb to get full speed. If it’s shiftable I need to find out how, if not please consider that in later models.

The battery charger doesn't charge the scooter!! I've tried repeatedly to get help for this and getting nowhere! The part you plug the charger into on the scooter is loose! Even buying an additional charger like the AI bot told me to...it doesn't stay connected! It wiggles inside the scooter! I really like this scooter but I cant charge it! Wint hold the charger properly in the port! At this price point.....super upset! ... show more

This electric scooter has exceeded my expectations in every way. The 500W motor gives it plenty of power for daily commuting, and it accelerates smoothly without feeling jerky. I’m impressed with the 31-mile range—I can get through multiple errands and short trips without worrying about charging every day. The 10-inch tubeless tires make a huge difference in ride comfort. They handle bumps and uneven roads much better than the smaller wheels on my previous scooter. The 15.5 mph top speed is perfect for city commuting: fast enough to save time but still safe and controllable. I also love the Smart App control. It’s easy to connect, and I can lock the scooter, check battery status, adjust settings, and track rides right from my phone. The build quality feels solid and durable, and the folding mechanism is convenient for quick storage in the trunk or at the office. Please be aware that the rear plastic fender can easily break off. The very first day that my son got to use his new scooter, the rear tire quickly lost air pressure and popped off the rim on one side. I had to take it to a specialist to get the tire put back on only for them to also have to replace the valve stem because it was not installed properly. Now that it is fixed, my oldest son enjoys his scooter. It is quick enough to get him around and not be illegal in my state. Once we got past the issues of the rear tire and it runs while it charge as well and the very invisible with the side lights. If you get this for someone please also get a helmet! ... show more

I'm 55, and I feel like a kid again when I ride this thing! I'm 230 lbs, so I know I am pushing the limits of this scooter, but it handles really well. I can get right around an hour of fun going at top speed. Top speed does vary depending on if there is an incline. The tires alse make the ride not so jarring. ... show more
