I received the scooter in excellent condition. Unpacking and assembly took about 30 minutes. I was disappointed with the first ride since the maximum speed was restricted to only 15 mph in 3rd gear. Contacting Tyokum through Amazon customer service solved the problem. Five presses of the Mode button remove the speed limit which is indicated by a square box around the gear number, and five presses again restore it. Another confusion was a mistake in the user manual on how to actually set the parameters. A long press of the Mode and Power buttons does enter the parameter mode, but then a long press of only the Power button enters the parameter modification mode. Then short presses of the Power button modify the parameter. Another long press of the Power button exits the parameter modification mode. After discovering this, I was able to change km/h to miles/h. It takes a few charge-discharge cycles to obtain full battery capacity but so far, I've gone 20 miles with one bar (30%) still on the battery. I expect this to improve with a few more cycles. This is a beautifully designed and manufactured scooter, a great value for the money especially given the 18 AH battery, the largest in its class. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So I barely got the scooter after a bunch of research, road it work and from work, a couple days. It’s not a far trip, 6 minute trip there and a 6 minute trip back. Not going very fast, gear one. maybe 10-12 mph it showed and just collapsed inward on me while driving, not once, not twice but THREE TIMES each way. attempted it with seat on and off. Still collapses while riding. Stopping at a light then attempting to accelerate also will colapse, I have the pin in the red lever that is Supposed to keep it from collapsing, yet it stilll does. I refuse to ride it again cause this last attempt left me scrapes, bruised and wounded. ... show more

I ordered 2 scooters. Having lots of fun. One scooter had a defect with collapsing steering column. The company was immediately responsive and worked with me on the return and refund. I am still having a grand time on the scooter that I kept.
