Well I'm a female living alone and I had no idea how to get this together, how to start it there was no instruction manual. That's my only complaint. It rides nice the speed is great. It's a good little scooter, update you do not start it. Haha when I realized you just got to move the throttle I felt really dumb. It's a really good scooter rides nice. If you're going to be riding I'm busy roads it's a little scary, I have gotten pushed off the road into a pothole a big pothole so now I got to get a new tire. While the scooter itself drives wonderfully, it's quite a hassle to find replacement parts for it, especially if you need to replace the battery and rims (I still haven't found a good replacement and it's been over a month since I started searching). Personally, I wish I could just buy the parts directly from RIDWIND, but otherwise pretty much perfect to handle. Turning's a real ease, and the seat makes it monumentally comfortable to ride. I bought this scooter less than 2 years ago. I took it for a ride the other day and it turned off within 5 minutes. I noticed seller and they told me some things to do. I did those and took scooter out yesterday. Got about 100 ft and it died again. It said it was fully charged. Contacted seller again. They don’t even have any batteries for them!
