The media could not be loaded. The scooter is just amazing first of all the deck is very wide which is great if you have big feet like me. Second the battery lasts forever I've had it go all the way from where I live on the bay all the way to the lighthouse in Cape May and back and it only used half the battery which is just amazing. Also I've noticed with scooters that cost $500 or 1,000 more than this one they give you one or two little screens that show your speed or your battery or whatever this one has those little screens included but then also gives you a huge full color LED type screen that makes everything real easy to see it's full color it's got like 10 different colors in it probably it's just amazing. I had a scooter before this that was 1200 watt and I could never really go fast enough it was only single motor this one has two motors and each one is 2,800 watt so it's much much faster. And the amazing thing is is that I've only used it with just the back or one motor and as soon as I turned on the second motor even on the first speed level because it has two motors in each motor has three levels so you can do just the one motor in level 1 2 or 3 or you can do both motors level 1 2 or 3 and I found I couldn't even get to the second level with both motors because it's so fast I think I was going maybe 44 45 mph with just the one motor on level 3 which is what I like because it starts out slow but then you can gun it up as fast as you want when you use both motors it's always fast and you've really got to hold on. Also the body is very sturdy I like how the handlebars I'm about 225 230 lb I like when I pull on these handlebars as it takes off it doesn't feel creaky like it's going to snap there's a lot of reinforcement with heavy duty metal bars and metal clamps and all that jazz it's got good lighting in the front though I've bought some additional lights it came with a seat which I loved using at first it still works great but I ended up taking it off and then it's an enormous amount of foot room where you can put your feet next to each other you can put your feet side by side you can put your feet one in front of the other like a surfboard. I've had three different scooters so far One was a $500 one that can't even touch this another was an $800 one that's the one that had the 1200 watt motor I returned that and this was only a little bit more than that and this is easily three times as much scooter and then I have a super duper high-end scooter that was almost $2,000 but honestly this one's just as good or badder in some categories and just a hair below and other categories but again you're spending hundreds and hundreds less almost $1,000 less and that's a big deal so for under $1,300 under $1,200 depending on the sales I really think this is just an amazing scooter. Also would like to mention every time I had a question or any issue at all which I really didn't have but any type of question they immediately answer you as soon as they're on their next shift at work which maybe is a few hours later depending on when you message them but every time I sent them a message they messaged me back almost right away with a nice answer exactly what I was wanting to hear and then there was one little issue that happened to the scooter due to shipping that wasn't their fault and they even took care of that for me in a very professional manner can't say enough about this company and would definitely buy from them again. I understand sometimes with these companies on eBay that come from far away you have no idea whether they're going to be good or not at least for this company I can't speak for any other one but this company every time I ask a question they answered and when there was a slight problem due to the shipping that mess something up they offered compensation to get it fixed which was unbelievably professional of them so yes I would definitely buy from them again.

I put the item together and fully charged as instructed by manufacturer. Once I tried to run it. The e-scooter had an E-004 code for the brakes. Emailed service with a return from the email not deliverable. Tried their WhatsApp number no answer no messaging. I can only power up. Nothing to the wheels. With lack of service and support I would not recommend this item

This is a really good functioning scooter. Incredibly fast and sturdy. It can go long distances and by the end, only 40% of the battery is used up. Some downsides though is that it doesn't lock when it's folded, and that there are no instructions as to how to assemble (only how to's to drive it). Overall 9/10 disregarding the downsides.

It was fairly easy to assemble. Works great. Have not hit the highest speed on it yet but distance is great. I can get back and forth to work without charging it at work. The lights work well. Seems sturdy so far (I have quite a few rough spots on the way to work and it zips right over them). This will save me a lot of expenses trying to get around locally. With the purchase amount. Would have to say that after driving it daily and finally getting a flat tire that it’s assembled a little to well. I’m struggling to unbolt the back tire so I can replace the tire. But that’s partly because I did not think through purchasing a proper tool set before hand and am attempting to do this myself. Once I can get the bolt off It looks to be fairly simple job. If your unsure what to do to change the tires I do have to say that their is no online videos specifically about this particular scooter so if you don’t know how to do that kind of thing and want to use videos, bad news they are fairly useless on the most part for this scooter other than to give you a general idea on how to go about it. I also have accidentally left it plugged in to long. Have noticed it now takes longer to charge but so far no other issues. So basically even if your careless like me and treat it rough their is still a good chance it will run well despite your rough handling.

This companies customer service so far has been beyond great . I love my scooter . Got hit by a car last Monday and contacted the company and they immediately offered to send out the parts I need to get my baby back on the road (bike lane) again . Amazing scooter fully charged I’ve reached 56mph felt like it had more but I baby it so I didn’t wanna push it any further . I feel like it has a built in steering damper where it stays stead at slow and especially high speeds . Made from iron so it held up very good especially after I got hit by a car riding . Please wear a helmet it saved me from many more injuries . Great looking scooter and easy to see at night with the multiple lights and deck lights . Great scooter customer service has been a 10 out of 10 . They said they were out of stock on one of the parts I needed to fix my baby (the scooter) . Haven’t heard back from them but I have faith Celina will contact me back very soon . They tend to write back pretty fast . These people aren’t like other companies who leave you on read they help you . I will update this review when I receive the parts they said they would send so I can prove to you guys that they are a company of their word ! So get the anxiety out of your head this company is it !! Your gonna be making a good choice going with this company I already have two friends I got to buy from this company already and I plan on doing business with them in the near future again .
