The media could not be loaded. This scooter is amazing and worth more than 150$, goes 19mph with great mileage, and outstanding battery life. You could probably ride 20mph for 2 days straight before it dies. Definitely worth it and will buy again if needed. Only complaint i have is the hard wheels, its nice you dont need to worry about punctures or air, but its really bumpy.

I bought 2 of these scooters for Christmas. They both broke 6 months later after regular everyday day use for just a few mins riding around our neighbor. So it’s like we used it for hours per day. They both got super bumpy and shaky and malfunction while riding it so my son fell, not safe. One of them would only turn on sometimes and when it did the battery didn’t last at all. I contact the seller as instructed by amazon hoping to get them exchanged or repair since it’s only been 6 months. Never received a response. Very disappointing

My son has loved the scooter. He uses it daily and loves all the features. It is fast, smooth, has different power/speed settings, and I love that it has built in lights for safety when the sun start going down. I don't use the app much but it's a nice feature. It did stop turning on consistently after a month of use, but I'm not downgraiding my review because when I reached out to customer service they responded quickly and offered a replacement or a new battery (faulty battery was the issue). They shipped the new battery right away when I said I'd try that, and the scooter is back to working great. I'm very happy with the customer service.

Bought 3 of these seven months ago for my kids and have been happy with how they operate. Kids love 'em. Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 has already quit accepting a charge so we can no longer use it. Plus, there's no information provided to contact the manufacturer to try to get it repaired. I've even tried to use their Lenzod Pro app to contact them, but the app barely works at all. So, I can't recommend this scooter if it's only going to last 7 months with no way to repair it.

This scooter is built very well and it's sturdy. My only complaint is the back gender is cheap plastic. I broker it shortly after getting it,but fixed it with grizzly tape. It actually is quieter now as it did rattle a lot before it broke. I am very happy with my choice for the money I spent

I reached out to customer service and they have been in contact and they came up with a final solution and offered to ship me a new battery free of charge. We can’t wait to receive the new battery. I bought this scooter for my 12 yr old nephew for Christmas. It was a big hit. The scooter came in almost fully assembled, the handle that needed to be attached was easy to attach. Its looks sturdy. Its bigger then I thought it was going to be but it fold down thou. It fits in the back of the car, making it easy to transport. The light makes it easier to use when it gets dark, it goes at a goods speed and charging seems to be easy. So far all good.
