It’s very good quality but if u want to make it go faster then go on the app connect it (don’t sign in)pres skip and look for ur scooter on Bluetooth and press settings and then go to advanced settings and change the speed of it besides that it works great

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had not only the scooter came broken and won’t charge. I spent $90 on shipping. Now trying to return this item that I received and doesn’t charge. This seller and Amazon is asking me to pay for shipping back to return it. This is by far the worst customer service I called the seller and was hung up on the called them back and was told no English only Chinese and was hung up on!! Do not buy from these ppl.

Scooter handles well, smooth, powerful. Plenty of range (10miles) and charges fast (about 2 to 3hrs). Brakes are very effective. Low enough floor that it's easy for me to help propel with my feet. Solid tires have some cushion and no lack of traction, and the advantage of not being subject to puncture flats like my e bike. I've discovered wires and nails stuck in the tires of this scooter when I get home and I know if that had been on my e bike I'd have a flat but not on here. Scooter feels securely assembled and rigid. Great value for the price. I ride it every day and I love it. The only flaw is the combination lock shipped with it. They didn't have a label with the combination or any instructions on how to set the combination for the lock I use my own Kryptonite lock and cable I already had and that works fine, but I really wish that if they send a lock with the scooter they'd actually have some provision for the lock to be usable at all.

Bought this for my son. It is an amazing product. It goes really fast, but you have the capability to lower the speed through the app. He loves that it came with a phone holder and all the settings and options on the app.

It says 19-21 mph speed, but this thing FLYS. I bought it for my girlfriend's birthday, bit of course I rode it, and I hit 25 mph repeatedly on this. I'm definitely gonna order myself one.
