We purchased this scooter and followed all instructions to assemble the few parts it required. It worked fine for about three days, then suddenly stopped functioning completely. We contacted Amazon, who reached out to the scooter company, Zapicity, on our behalf. From there, things became frustrating. At first, Zapicity was reluctant to accept a return and instead requested a video of the issue. We complied and followed their troubleshooting instructions, but the scooter still did not work. We then asked to return the scooter for a refund. Instead of honoring that request, they suggested sending replacement parts from China. We waited weeks for those parts, tried again to fix the scooter as instructed, and still had no success. After multiple failed attempts and wasted time, we demanded a full refund and refused any further solutions. Eventually, Zapicity agreed to process a refund and cover the cost of return shipping, but it took about a week just to receive the return label. Once the scooter was confirmed delivered to their warehouse—signed for by staff—it still took more follow-up messages and excuses before the refund was finally issued. This entire experience was extremely disappointing and time-consuming. The product stopped working almost immediately, and the company’s customer service was unhelpful and slow to resolve the issue. I love this scooter!! I love the lights, love the zip it has. It’s perfect for my urban life. Some people complained about “all the screws to tighten” but that’s because it’s completely customizable to your size. My only complaint is that the manual is not very descriptive or helpful. The media could not be loaded. It's supposed to have a p8 mode to unlock its speed but it's not on mine. The lock is very stiff and I regularly struggle collapsing the scooter. The lights and exposed wire are at risk of getting damaged, so don't ever fall or crash. All in all. There are better scooters ... show more
