I went to Washington DC a few weeks back and rented a scooter with my fam. After that trip I decided I want a scooter as it's easier to carry around than a E-Bike. Naturally the power hungry guy I am, I wanted something with some oomph, well... I got what I bargain for, and then some. This thing is a BEAST. No shortage of power. Warning, using it in DUAL mode and not respecting the machine it WILL hurt you. Now you do have the ability to tone it down to comfortable levels. My daughter loves it I take her for a spin on it with me all the time and it's great to use for local visits to convenience store or to grab some pizza with my little offspring. My unit did have some issues and I got a replacement, which I still need to unpack and send old unit back. I think in the future I may purchase another one. I specifically wanted an offroad type scooter as I RV and not all roads are paved. Please use with caution again this thing is a screaming beast. I'm blown away by the power it can make. I no longer want my Ebike and I will post for sale this week. Here is a list of the good, bad and ugly if considering purchasing one Good: - Makes GREAT power. Lugs my 220 pound fat rear around no problem. - Battery life is pretty good - It looks cool. The blinkers are sequential and has brake lights illuminate when you apply pressure. - Easy to use, sturdy aluminum design. - FAST - Eye catching with all kinds of crazy lighting. - Hydraulic Brakes - Adjustable height - Beefy Tires and good disc brakes Bad: - If you don't take it slow AT MAX SETTING, IT WILL BE HAIRY! Dual Mode on the front end was a bit wobbly at max speed (not a deal breaker, just keep that in mind or turn dual off) - This is my second E-Scooter and I'm not fond of the throttle. I mistook the brake as the throttle and nearly wiped out - Some screws would have been better if they were hex head instead of counter sunk - Wiring is a bit of a mess, wished they were labeled. - It would be nice if you canhave a connection for USB devices (phone, lights, etc) The ugly: This thing is on the heavy side. If you live on a 3rd floor and need to bring this up every night it might be an issue. My first unit didn't work out of the box. I think it was rough handled from the freight company. ZonDoo was very communicative and was willing to work with me. I got it running but the lights didn't work and I intend to use this at night, the lights are very important to me. They sent me a second unit (because I run a small biz zero time to open the new one .. maybe this evening) and I will inspect everything and ship the old one back. The company has shown they are in it for the long haul and was very communicative with me. I do intend to get a second unit or a slightly less powerful model in the future. I love this thing, wish I got this instead of my slow E-Bike from Cyrusher. You want a performance e-scooter look no further.

This thing is a beast and super fast? like slow down and avoid the Karens fast. I have to be very careful or I will get a speeding ticket on the trails. Great off and on road. Lots of howl with offorad tires on the paved trails. Fun off road. The seat adds stability when sitting and standing. I just rest my leg against it when standing. I put 30 miles on it the first day! Feels like it will last for years. I dont reccomend jumping it as it is 105 lbs. You will bend a wheel as a friend did this on a different model. Fast communication from seller. Shipment was packaged well. Arrived a day early right before 4th of july holiday. Highly reccomend. Seems like a great value for price. Looks like good after market parts availability warranty and service! I was able to find instruction manual on website. ***Update 220 miles and 2 weeks later. Love the scooter. No hill I cant climb yet dirt, or pavement. Seller responded very quickly to issue that was resolved in a timely manner.

I have been commuting with my current e scooter for about a year solid now and it’s good but not great. I was seeking something more current and modern with a decent amount of range and speed. This Zondoo ZO03 is supreme! It has all the bells and whistles you could want while giving you a comfort of being the safest you can feel on one of these things. The scooter has all kinds of lights and indicators that you will definitely be seen by the traveling public. The mechanicals like breaks, deck, suspension and steering feel so stable and dialed in which is super important for safety. There’s a very good amount of clearance from the wheels that you can pretty much climb over everything. And with its dual drive and speed modes, it can take a person with a decent amount of weight up a hill with no issues. I am not a small statured person (weight wise). The speed gauges and controls are easy to read and figure out and the battery on this thing is great. I can take it all around town and then some and not have to worry about the charge. I don’t use the seat, however it does look and feel comfortable and has suspension and memory foam on it. Lastly, you get a lot of scooter for the price you pay. Don’t pass up on this scooter. Everything seems to break very easily three out of 4 turn signals are broken they want $45 a piece already had to change the brakes they want $20 a piece for pads had one of the headlights break already just from vibrations because it didn't come tight enough from factory had to replace the throttle already because it just snapped off and then tonight I realized that my rear suspension it just cracked and I don't even take it off road they're going to charge me $55 to replace that just be ready to replace everything before 500 miles and this is the scooter for you it's fast

First off, I am 6’11” and 350 pounds. This scooter is big enough, for sure! It is more than powerful enough, it’s a beast! It has several modes to select, Eco or Turbo and Single or Dual motor, all with 3 gears. I use Turbo and toggle between single and dual motor. Single for takeoff and dual for cruising. It’ll go about 25 this way. Or I use Turbo and Single motor and go up to gear 2. It’ll go approximately 32-34 mph this way. Honestly, I haven’t gone past this! It’s super fast at 33 mph but it DOES have more under the hood, I’m just scared of going any faster. I live in a major city, and it is plenty fast enough for a commute of a mile or two on city streets. It also will do well in grass or gravel. Here is the part to be aware of… after you unboxed it and set it up, many of the bolts are still loose. DO NOT RIDE until you tighten up the bolts, specifically the rear brake, the foot board and all around the handle bars. I have lost one of the bolts that came from the factory off of the rear brake, however, they did send some extra bolts that I have used to secure it but it is not the same size as the factory bolt and is a little bit loose. I would love it if they sent me, the factory size bolts for the rear wheel assembly. I have already taken off the mudflap or rain guard because it was not properly tightened and I lost one of the screws while riding it. This piece is not necessary to rot it, but may help one day. Also, although it travels the speeds that it advertises, it does not go 60 miles on one charge. In my experience, it will go about 15 or 20 miles on one charge. All in all, this is a BAD MAMMAJAMMA! It is exactly what I was looking for and worth the price. I would buy it again!

I bought the product it came damaged they refunded me 75 dollars for it but I’m also I’m having a hard time buying brakes for it and was also told I have a warranty but Amazon and the customer service on the Zondoo website will not help me with it so I haven’t been able to maintain the scooter because I can’t get the right information needed so I would say it’s a waste of money plus it’s way cheaper on the original website also I can’t even get a full refund anymore so it’s def not worth I will say it’s a pretty decent scooter tho it’s fast and easy to drive but customer is terrible

This product has seriously impressed me!!! 210 pounds 5"10. This thing, it just hauls, ass I didn't even put the steering stabilizer on it, and it's nothing but comfort. Even at the higher speeds, and if you're a beginner, I wouldn't suggest going to gear number five, or even 4 just yet, I couldn't believe how fast this scooter is.. so far so very good.

I got this scooter in the middle of April and it’s been so much fun to ride it. This scooter is perfect for me at my weight around 250 and this thing still maintains close to 45 mph at top speed. It maintains high speed while going up steep hills as well. This scooter can handle up to 440 pound person, and this scooter is heavy to lift up. Due to heavy weight people like me, it is made with alloy steel with huge deck to rest your feet easily and still have room. I use this for going to work, rides to a reservoir lake that is 30 miles away with fishing gears, also joy rides on the paths or streets in downtown city areas. Batteries life is awesome for such a fast scooter as well. The huge plus to this scooter is the customer service. You email them with any issues or concerns and they respond quickly for help or get replacements you may need. If I could rate this a 6 stars I would. One thing you will need is a good helmet when riding this thing due to capability of going high speed. I highly recommend this scooter at this price range.
