I'm sure this portfolio would be good for many, but it did not work for me. It arrived folded to fit a 6-inch by 6-inch cellophane bag. It would work if you have a hard canvas or foam board type of art. Unfortunately, I have my art on paper and there is no support on the sides of the portfolio. I felt the pictures were misleading for my type of art. When it describes the portfolio as sturdy, I took that to mean more rigid. I personally would not buy this bag again. I ordered this portfolio bag for my art class. I didn’t know what to expect for the price but honestly it doesn’t hold too well. The threads has have been coming out and I’m pretty sure it’s gonna break soon. It’s been holding well for this past semester so hopefully it’ll last me.

The quality is good don’t get me wrong but the folder was not sturdy at all like I was expecting it to be. It didn’t have one of those hard covers like the picture showed but the portfolio is waterproof which is good!

Picked these up for my wife to store her mother's large sketches and paintings that had been stored improperly for years. She appreciated having something more waterproof than cardboard portfolios. They are not quite as solid as they look on the product listing but are made of relatively tight and strong nylon. Each bag can hold quite a bit inside. The listing comes with two portfolios which makes it a good value. I'm sure there are stronger portfolios available if you would like something more rigid, but if you're on a budget and need to protect art from light and humidity, these will do just fine. ... show more
