When it first arrived, it was not a long wait and it even arrived earlier than anticipated. The setup was clear and easy, practically almost fully assembled, and it also came in with over 60% battery so that I could test it out right then and there. Compared to my previous 350/500W electric scooter which made commuting much more dreadful than just taking the bus or car, this 1000W electric scooter is no joke! Just know that it is not a kids scooter. What I loved the most with this scooter compared with your regular $150 ones, is the 1000W motor, its dual brakes and dual suspension, and overall high stats in speed and mileage. It's exactly as advertised, right out of the box, I managed to reach 28 MPH which is insane. After a while of using it on a full charge I found that it also well exceeded its total mileage, right around 26/27 miles, and the smoothness of the ride. Don’t even get me started with that. I ride in the suburbs, where the roads are not well maintained and full of speed bumps and potholes, the sidewalks are full of cracks and holes with sudden changes in elevation. I go over trash, branches, grass, holes, speed bumps, so unbelievably smoothly that it felt as if I was on a smooth train ride. The suspension and off-road tires, the main components that were not on my previous one itself, is worth paying for this scooter, just because my hands and legs wouldn’t feel torn apart after a 30 minute ride. It easily went up a steep hill on its lowest mode at 9mph, while on my previous 350W e-scooter, it only managed 3mph with the same mode. This was a HUGE upgrade! The standing area is also significantly bigger than regular scooters, making it easy to balance on. But be aware, this thing is extremely heavy, and tiring to carry with one hand, (around 50 pounds). But still, it has easy and simple controls, AMAZING and smooth dual brakes, great turn signals, headlights and moodlights. If you’re feeling unsatisfied with your current one, or looking for an amateur and or expert scooter that will last, this one is for you! ... show more

This is the second time I've purchased the scooter. I thought I would try the T10 after I bought this zap run the first time. The T10 is trash and I will pay you not to buy it it is unsafe product. I actually stuffed mine in a custom box and shipped it back just on principle. This is apron scooter by far under $500 if you hit the coupon button is so good it drives like butter it definitely deserves a way better review than what people are giving it it gets from 0 to 28 mph super fast the brakes are incredible. It handles very well and I love it. We'll definitely buy a third time once I get my thousand miles out of this thing like the last one. ... show more

I waited a few weeks to write this to make sure the scooter met my expectations! I am sold!! I’m so glad I got this scooter. It was soo easy to assemble .It’s a bit heavy that’s my only complaint but this thing goes PRETTTY FAST!!! Even at 10mph it feels fast! It’s my first time ever riding an electric scooter and I had no problem riding and balancing. It’s very sturdy and the battery lasts long! Super convenient for me to avoid traffic and go places and not have to drive and look for parking. All you need is a good lock to secure it. This is my go to transportation now! I had to figure out a way to save time to get to few different places not too far from each other but close enough without driving and looking for parking . This is my solution!!! I LOVE IT. I’m thinking about getting another one for my sibling for Xmas that’s how much I love it ! And it’s pretty fun to use!! I think it’s worth the price esp since time is money!! Helps me save soOoo much more time dodging traffic and not having to find parking. I def recommend getting this!!you won’t regret it!!! ... show more

Aggressive, easy to use, peppy, 11 mph ECO, 19 mph RACE, 26 mph SPORT, the scooter is extremely heavy and fold. The handlebar down can be a little difficult at times, but it’s so cold that the handlebars fall down beside the telescoping bar I like the adjusting.

I’m so glad I chose the ZapRun. This scooter has modern design and excellent quality. The 1000W Powerful motor makes it easy to hit 25MPH . Battery life is aroud 23-25miles on a single charge. The large 10" off road wheels and Dual Suspension make for a comfortable ride and are good on the road. Also assembly was super simple, just tighten a few screws. I fold it up super quick , It’s very convenient for my daily commute.I really recommend it! ... show more

Mudguard is very small. If it rains your whole back is going to get very wet. Also dont see the name of the app i can download for this scooter. Scooter is horrible it turns off even having 50% of battery and it doesnt turn back on until you plug it to the charger.

I've been using it for a month. Today I took it off-road. I'm very satisfied with this electric scooter. It can easily handle various terrains in the wild. The suspension system is excellent; I barely feel any bumps on roads with average conditions. The 1000W motor is powerful and accelerates quickly. The dual disc brakes provide excellent braking performance. The battery life is fantastic; one charge lasts me four days. It perfectly meets my daily commuting needs. ... show more
