So this is my second scooter now so I do have some reference, it rides nice feels solid an the "steering pole" doesn't have very much wobble at all, but but I will say that the size of the handle bars from hand to hand seem and feels really short doesn't make me feel totally comfortable with it and the Deck for your feet is really short and kinda narrow Also not a lot of placement options from what I am use to and the brakes are very touchy and sensitive almost frighteningly so but I'm sure there's a way to lessen that or make them not so touchy ,the app it nice nothing there guess they're still working no parts of that the batteries came with I think like a 90% charge or something to that effect and I rode 3.1 miles for a total of 10 minutes and second gear and it came back with a little under half so that's not too bad and it was all different very terrain to from the store and back so yeah and my last scooter I had has a minor incline probably about 10% or so and it would only do like seven or eight miles an hour up that hill but this scooter was doing like 11mph to 12mph so impressive and the the customer service is very very good and responsive I think it probably one of the best experiences I've had as a prime member since before the pandemic now answered all my questions and helped clarify things like the brand of the scooter is called "GreeVego " and what it listed is the "store" or companies that is selling it and it's a 500w motor not 350 just stuff like that the where very upfront very happy with that but this is only my first real ride on it so I will keep it updated. Oh yeah and the rear fender or wheel cover. Feels very solid for all the others I've felt So I've notlw written it 6.9 MI round trip and I only put it in medium so I don't need to be going 20 miles an hour on a 25 lb scooter so I take it easy with it but it was on all different kinds of terrain uphill downhill some pretty good inclines and it dude reasonably well I think on the biggest hills I think it went down to maybe 7 miles an hour which is understandable still getting used to foot placement options as it's not like there's a lot anyways but my last scooter was a bit wider and longer so yeah other than that it's holding up really well I don't take it off jumps or anything and I don't plan on it that gets me from point A to point B and I think after I turned it off and let the battery rest for about 5 or 10 minutes it bumped back up to 40% battery from a full charge and 6.9 MI So I now got 360 Miles on my scooter now and it's still running great no complaints because t I take very good care of mine I don't take it off jump's or anything of the sort I've never even have taken it past medium speed setting I really don't baby it because it is my transportation In short it's a great scooter ... show more

    • Scooter with no storage bag disappointment
The scooter worked out just fine, I would recommend it, but I viewed videos on this scooter and in the videos the individuals who also bought this scooter said and showed that a storage bag came with the scooter. The videos are in YouTube Now my scooter didn’t come with a storage bag, that’s a big disappointment. I won’t be doing business with that company anymore ... show more
