It's a good product overall. Well constructed. The speed is not quite as fast as advertised. Its powerful enough to pull me and my wife up a decent hill. The torque is mild enough at start to not run away from you. There is not an option to change from KM/HR to MPH. The battery life is good, approximately 6hrs of riding over the span of a week before it needed charging. It recharged to 100% overnight.

I like everything about how it rides and the design but it maybe could get 50 miles on a charge downhill same with miles per hour both are extremely over exaggerated. More like 28mph top speed full charge slight decline 28 miles on a charge in mid speed. The speedometer registers 10mph faster than reality I think maybe the Odom might be exaggerated as well. it’s sluggish up any kind of incline. And doesn’t have a whole lot of torque of the line. I’m kinda wondering if it’s actually an 1800w motor? Anyone else experiencing the same?

Do not buy any scooter that looks like this, all they are doing is switching names and sending junk out the door brought 3 of these 1st one came with no problems ordered another that one came with a motor problem so i sent back the third one came and on the 34 day of using it it broke down will not engage engine they ignore every message you send them and there is no usa or any support sent it to a local service that works on ebikes escooters says he can not find a part to replace any of the items and he has tried contacting the company and no response at all. Horrible company.

The Good: For the price, this scooter does pretty well. I bought it for a roughly 10 mile round trip commute to work every day. The headlights are plenty bright, one feature I didn't see mentioned is the colored LED lighting you can turn on for increased visibility with a double tap of the power button. The turn signals work great so you don't have to take a hand off or wave your legs around like a crazy person for turns. I've hit 33MPH on a straight. It doesn't have an insane amount of torque or acceleration off the line at least for me, but I am quite heavy - 239LBS, 5'10". The rear locking box is a nice touch but impractical, so I've replaced it with a milk crate for more storage so I don't have to carry my bag on my back. It fits perfectly between the seat and just before the brake light which is key. At speed 1, the scooter does 10MPH max, 2 for 20MPh max, 3 for a theoretical 36MPH max. I get about 22 miles of range at the 3rd setting, going up and down hills, full throttle everywhere, so slower speeds will definitely get you closer to that 50 miles advertised, and if you're smaller than I am, you'll have a better time with both weight and wind resistance. The tires are great, and rolling over uneven terrain and dirt and grass is just fine, as is the suspension. It's not going to do extreme sports, but it's a comfortable ride. The Bad: The horn is a laughable piezo buzzer, great for pedestrians but useless for cars, at least when it was working, it died about 3 days in and now I'll need to work out a replacement. The advertised 1600W is a bit of an exaggeration that's based on a full charge voltage of 54.6V x 30A maximum from the controller. It'll spin at "1600w" for as long as that voltage holds, so maybe a couple minutes. This is a 1200W motor like the Kukirin version. The controller is rated (at least on the case) for 48V, 27A which brings it in line with being a 1200W system. I haven't opened the controller to find out what the fets or caps are rated for, so I'm unsure of if the controller could potentially handle a 52V battery for extra performance. The battery is 48V, 21AH according to the case, I don't recall the discharge current. When fully charged, and the charger is cut off, the voltmeter on the bike reads 55.1V, which is overcharged. I haven't checked with a multimeter though. Altogether, the scooter is pretty solid and I don't have many complaints at the moment, not sure if that will change. 4/5 stars because the 1600W claim is a bit misleading, the charger might be miscalibrated, and the horn is already dead. Will update if anything significant changes. Overall? If you want a platform to tinker on, this one's not bad. If you want a solid commuter, also pretty good. If you want extreme speeds or wacky acceleration, this ain't it.

The tires do not stay inflated. I was sent a replacement back wheel and put it on and still doesn’t stay inflated. I have to inflate it several times. Update. Seller contacted me says they will be sending a new motor , a new tire and $30 to helpfully fix this issue . Update seller did send new tire again no compensation, however I am happy they sent a new tire. This would be the third tire they have sent. They are understanding and willing to try and help fix the problem. Fingers crossed this tire works . I’ll update the post . Update. Seller did not provide any funds like they said, however they did send a new tire , which is the third one.

I’m upset I used it for 3 days and on the 4th day. left breaks is LOUD and SQUeaking :( super bummed about that- otherwise it’s amazing..but I am upset I have to immediately go have break looked at. :/
