I contacted the seller / manufacturer directly via email. They were very helpful and sent me a new controller immediately. The scooter is fun until your controller is damaged and to get the same controller is a nightmare on Amazon wish you all the best .my controller went bad after 9 months and I can't get the original one as yet Amazon just a hot mess.

Bought this scooter, power is very nice and suspension is great. Battery life lasts very long and there is little to no noise the scooter makes. Only reason I have to give a four star rating is because about three days after I got it, it stopped working. Customer service was amazing, and sent us a spare part that fixed it. It's a good scooter but if you ride to much in a rough area be careful because my back tire popped on me on my way home from work. Yeah it's an easy fix but still for off road tires that's not good.
