The scooter was delivered as described, and was packed very well. Everything was included as described…. I’m not sure about battery life because I haven’t owned it that long…. But I did find out immediately that it does not go 40 miles an hour. It’s somewhere between 30 and 35…. It feels stable and everything and it’s nicely built, but I just wanted something that goes a little bit faster… I do weigh 215 pounds so that could be a factor, but I’m returning it as it is not as described in the ad……… The other issue is a jump in time… I have returned the scooter and they did issue me a refund for the scooter however they did not issue me a refund for the hundred dollar shipping charge that I had to pay to get the scooter to me… Personally, I think that’s wrong. I mean in a nutshell if the thing had done what it said, we wouldn’t be having a problem but when you ship somebody something and it doesn’t do what they say then return it and not get all of your money back and I mean all of your money$ ….that’s wrong. You should get all of your money back, including the shipping I wouldn’t have paid for the shipping if I didn’t want it in the first place the only reason I wanted it is because I thought it was gonna do what it said which it didn’t….. Great purchase and product. I waited a few months to write this review because I wanted to ride and see if it is as good as the advertisement. In my opinion it is on point. It comes assembled with the exception of the handle bars - which is very easy to attach. Very pleased that I didn’t have to spend all lot of time on putting it together. The ride is smooth, quick acceleration, and goes does hit the mark for how fast it is supposed to go. Very happy with this product. ... show more

This Bikydom G2 max is my first ever e-scooter. It was pretty good, I’ve been driving to work in the road going 30mph (of course in 25mph speed zones). The sturdiness of it is actually very well done. I’ve hopped over curbs and the suspension is REALLY good! When going fast it doesn’t wobble so much do to the safety of the black thing holding it together above the front tire I think. The brightness of the headlight could be better but as long as you angle more downwards, it lights up the road pretty good honestly you can see about 5-10feet ahead of you. You know if you were to get this scooter or similar ones you’d be looking at more money on other scooter sights. All in all, it’s a great commuter scooter for your buck$. ... show more

1st time riding it was amazing it was fast and there wasn’t a problem over a 15-20mile ride. The second time however. It would go above 25mph in 3rd gear on flat ground. Then there was a weird grinding noise on the rear tire. I don’t understand how quickly it went from good to bad. I absolutely do not recommend buying this. I want a refund and to return mine, but of course there seems to be an issue doing that. Even though it’s within the time frame given by the seller for returns. ... show more

Really good scooter for beginners. I really love that it comes with a seat. The suspension is nice and comfortable for the road I believe as well as the grips on both the handles and board. I haven’t used it yet, but I did lift the scooter to check the top speed and it was 43 mph!
