I bought this for my son 5 months ago. He only used it sparingly because it was winter time. Now that it’s warmed up and it’s spring he has started to use it more. The scooter has already failed on him. It no longer runs. Getting support is not helpful. I would like to return it because it was expensive and he’s barely used it. Late delivered... the scooter has a good build quality and it's beautiful with good quality of material...on speed 1 the battery seems not to drain... but the speed os about 10 - 12 mph on speed 2 goes better on 3 max speed 38 mph and the battery goes quickly... I expected to be more powerful because of 1600 watts... In general it's a good product.. but expensive for what delivers... could have an app or other type of keys... not technological at all... ... show more

If you are going to put zip ties on anything use flush cutters to do it. It looks far more professional, and if you cut yourself on a non flushcut tie it causes a lot of damage
