I purchased the INSDRGN E-scooter after needing a lighter and portable scooter. This scooter was perfect! I like the integrated motor/wheel which offers lower maintenance than a chain drive. The fully enclosed metal battery compartment is attractive for location (lower center of gravity) and recharging safety. Folding handlebars & adjustable seat is a bonus for portability and comfort. The dual rear shocks and suspension fork are a nice addition that other brands omit. The phone holder with charging port is awesome. The twist throttle is a huge upgrade over lever throttles, it provides a smooth power delivery. The front wheel installation is easier when the scooter is upside down resting on the seat and handlebars(just be careful of the battery display and phone cradle). I loosened the front brake caliper to facilitate the front wheel brake disc installation into the front brake caliper when lowering the front wheel into the fork dropouts. The order of the washers & lock tabs on the front axle were: (from the hub outward) spacer, washer, fork dropout, lock plate, washer, acorn nut. After insuring the front wheel was properly aligned in the front forks, I securely tightening the front axle nuts. Then I compressed the front brake pads via the brake lever and held it, and then re-tightened the caliper. That properly aligned the caliper pads and disc, ensure the wheel spins without pad/disc noise and the disc is visibly centered between the pads. I checked the tightness of all the fasteners and applied blue LockTite to any that didn’t have it (foot peg screws I added). I installed foot pegs for additional foot placement: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FLCYC1MG?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title I chased the 6mm threads with a thread tap before utilizing stainless button head screws and stainless washers to secure them. Additionally I purchased a handlebar end mirror on the left bar end: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B092QKJNPM?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 I found a cool rechargeable seat post mount LED tail/brake light that added visibility from the rear. Both of the afore mentioned items added to the comfort and safety to a great scooter experience. Smooth acceleration and speed coupled with decent battery life added to the fun. I highly recommend the INSDRGN E-scooter, as did several YouTubers that used it for daily commuting and leisure riding.

I spend about three hours on this scooter a lot of days. I love riding it along the coastline where I live on my way to work. It’s five stars if you know what you’re getting into— the instructions were not good but if I can figure it out you can too. I ride it up to 12 miles at a time regularly on bad roads, so I upgraded the back tire to heavy duty and it was a good investment to prevent popping. It takes about 5 hours to charge, I just plug it in before bed. It’s HEAVY, so be aware. It has a built in phone charger, is that even in the listing? I was jazzed about that. We put a kid seat in between me and the handlebars; my kid loves it, people ask me about it, it feels safe and sturdy once I replaced the back tire with heavy duty. it’s a good scooter!

My wife and I recently purchased the INSDRGN C14PRO electric scooter from Amazon, and we are very happy with our decision. I was mainly looking for a scooter for my wife that would be easy, fun, comfortable, and safe to ride. One of the biggest reasons for buying the scooter was so the two of us could quickly get out of the house and simply ride wherever we wanted, without all the extra time and effort involved with taking the car. Instead of deciding where to go, opening the garage, backing out of the driveway, and driving to a destination, we can now just hop on our scooters and enjoy an open-air ride from the moment we leave home. When the scooter arrived, my wife was excited right away. She even helped me assemble it on the floor of our family room. The assembly process was fairly straightforward using the included instructions, and I would estimate it took us about 90 minutes to complete everything. Before letting my wife ride it, I took the scooter out for the initial test ride to make sure everything was assembled correctly and operating properly. Everything worked great. I then adjusted the comfortable seat height for my wife, and she immediately took it out for her first short ride. When she came back, she was smiling from ear to ear and said she absolutely loved it. That was the moment I knew we had made the right decision in purchasing the INSDRGN C14PRO. If I can save someone else the time & stress, then I hope to do just that. This could happen to you. The welding was improperly done on the front fork, not allowing proper front wheel installation. Funnily enough I saw another buyer leaving a review about this same issue. Didn’t think it would happen to me… seller has been incredibly irritating to deal with. Since April 24th, 2026 I have been going back & forth with them. Trying to get any resolution, I don’t mind returning the 60 pound piece of defective junk THEY sent me. They refuse to accept the return request or offer ANY kind of resolution at all. Thank goodness I have an amazing bank & knowledge to use a credit card. My recommendation ? Don’t buy this. Don’t give this seller your money. They are disingenuous, it’s like trying to find a solution with a wall. Responses from them are robotic, like chatting with an AI. It’s hell dealing with a third party seller when something goes wrong, especially when they behave the way this seller has. They insist continuously I “improperly assembled the front wheel.” Then send me a QR code for the front wheel assembly of a completely different model. Unbelievable. Don’t waste your time or your money. Find a different product.

The rear brake caliper needed to be adjusted. It was rubbing the rotor and the bell never worked. Also the rear basket is too small and I wish it would come with foot pegs and an electric horn. Overall, it's a nice little ride, small and light enough to fit in the trunk of a car.
