We purchased this scooter and it worked well for the first 3 weeks. It has good speed and nice lights at night. It quit working for us and doesn’t move. I have tried multiple times to contact the company in regards to tech support or warranty and they have not emailed me back and after multiple tries I am getting frustrated that the support and warranty may not be as good as it sounds since I have not been able to communicate with anyone yet. ... show more

Everything works as advertised, it is highly visible at night and takes most bumps on the sidewalk and roads gracefully, it can reach speeds of 20 mph with the factory set limits, but you can remove the built in limiter with assistance of the online support, and can move to higher speeds for back roads without a bike lane or sidewalk. The obarter x1pro fun scooter I just had a few problems with it. The battery dies fast in gear 3. Also it doesn’t go 35mph it only goes 28 max is 30mph which is still a lot of speed but before buying it they said I can go 35mph. I haven’t own my scooter for 1 week and my rear tire popped. And I Order my scooter through this company on Amazon and they don’t offer coverage on my scooter so I have to get all the parts on my own. Doing 25 mph on the scooter you can hear weird noises coming from it and I only weigh 165. Overall I give the scooter a 5/10 ... show more

Disclaimer! It is massive. It is much bigger than how it looks in the pictures. I don’t see that as a minus, I say that as a warning. If you’re expecting for a small light scooter, this is not the one. However, it is extremely sturdy, It runs very well on grass and on sand. Purchased the scooter last year to get to and from work during nice days (approximately 1.5 miles). After having it for 30 days then it gets a flat. Easy fix. Then 2 weeks after that it breaks again by just suddenly cutting off. I have only rode this scooter about 12 times. I don't recommend.

make sure to check the whole scooter before riding. There are bolts that need tighten throughout the scooter, but I have had mine for one day now and I love it very simple and easy to ride and comes with a very handy tool kit.

I’m short to large, too heavy. Doesn’t go as fast as stated. Parts are together but you must make sure everything is tightened and put together well. Because first ride was wobbling and didn’t feel secure
