The battery life has been great, and the scooter feels smooth and stable while riding. I often use it to ride to the BART station, and it has been very convenient for my daily commute. Fedex damage

I received package damage from FedEx I didn't open it until 3 days later realizing the charger screws to hold the handle on and manual are not in the box. I presume with the damaged box it fell out. The scooter does seem to work just can't charge it and hold the handle in place. Not happy with FedEx

I had a great first impression when I received this scooter. It was packaged very carefully, with plenty of foam and protection inside the box. Everything arrived in good condition with no noticeable damage. Assembly was also much easier than I expected. It didn’t take very long to put everything together, and the overall setup was straightforward, even if you don’t have much experience assembling an electric scooter. I especially love the design. The black and gray color combination with orange details gives it a clean and sporty look, and it actually looks even better in person than I expected. The scooter also feels sturdy, the deck has a good amount of space, and the display is clear and easy to read for checking the speed and battery level. The scooter is also very easy to use and didn’t take long to get used to. It’s really convenient for short daily trips, commuting to school, or just getting around the neighborhood. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase. The design, packaging, and overall experience have all exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Definitely recommend it!
