Could be much better for the price.
As a 250pound 6"2 person the battery only lasted 10 miles on PAS (peddle assist) 1 on full battery. front breaks too tight, back so loose they didn't even touch the disc needed alot of adjustment. If your commuting you would need to charge while at work. Cheap plastic be careful mounting accessories otherwise they will break and you cant get them very tight. And had to zip tie the light to the frame as getting the fender bolt tight enough so nothing was shifting just causes it to break. Pros. Takes hills like its nothing. Overall I would've expected better quality for a E bike thats near 600$ Edit: now having had it for about 15 days ive already had to replace the left crank arm and both pedals. The aluminum is so soft it stripped the threads on the pedals and the small prongs on the crank arm, the front suspension is already shot. And theres a constant knocking in the motor. I do only use this E-bike for comuting on flat roads with some hills to and from work. I would not suggest purchasing this E-bike unless your just riding around the block with you kid. ... show more

Poorly made china bike
Not what was originally advertised. Originally advertised as a 1500W with 65 Mile battery range. On the 2nd to lowest power assist I got only 19 miles till battery died. Entire bike arrived poorly assembled requiring the entire bike to be fully disassembled and resembled. Bike arrived damaged due to poor assembly in a factory not because of shipping. Had drill out the disk brake holder screwed because they were tighter then bolts holding on race car tires, it warped the metal making them crooked. The Rotor Disks were are over tight that it warped the disks damaging them. The gear lines were also over tightened to preventing proper gear shifting. Both rims are slightly bent. The bike chain was also over tightened during manufacturing assembly causing the chain links to seize solid, chain had to be fully replaced immediately. Screws holding front light are 3in long. Can’t be used unless you have a 3in deep socket wrench to be able to get to the nut, provided tools will not be able to reach the nut. Had to replace with a 1in bolt. Basicly the whole dang bike had to be rebuilt. If I didn’t get it on a 50% sale, and for AI assistance on repairs , it would be getting returned. Instruction manual was total trash and not even fully of the bike received. While it looked similar, there was big things different from the manual vs the bike it self. The lcd screen and controls are different. There is no Rear Light. There is no cruise control. There is zero explanation on any of the tabs other than the main screen ( 4 tabs of unexplained settings ) manual claims there’s a serial number and you can register it to receive a install video. There is no serial number anywhere on this bike. Bottom line: you will need to know how to assemble bikes fully. Prepare a full 12 hour shift to disassemble and reassemble this bike. You will need to replace manufactured damaged parts. You will need to buy a tail light. Bike is ONLY worth the purchase if you can do these things AND the bike is 50% off and does not exceed $350. Only reason for 2 stars and not 1 star is because if you fix it up, the bike does work. But it’s nowhere near as advertised and no where near what you’re paying for ( at full price ) ... show more

I have a BS & MS in Engineering still would like Instructions
The bike itself once assembled is pretty okay. Trying to get on it is impossible for my 5'4" wife as the center bar is quite high. The information and assembly directions are in a 3"x3" paper pamphlet that is not much help. If I could do it over I would not do it.

Dont buy
Got a defective bike, bike doesn’t even go 25 on a straight road, overall just horrible. Made a return request just to deal with an insufferable seller who can’t listen to what im saying. Offering me money and replacement parts so i can l keep the bike. I’ve repeatedly told them no and they keep offering me it. They also send one message a day which is really annoying and just wasting my time. I cant take this to a drop off or anywhere because of the battery. So im stuck dealing with a nuisance of a person who keeps offering me money and not sending someone to pick up package. ... show more

It's in a lot more instructions on tightening up the bicycle because the bicycle do not have instructions on tightening up the bicycle in the correct way of turning the handlebars and everything else

examine packaging and item and parts asap
received E bike from fed ex with bottom of box open and parts falling out,including the support bolt that protects the front forks from getting bent which WAS bent. otherwise we were very impressed with the bike
