This scooter is amazing; it goes 15 mph exactly top speed, and certainly has a long range. I've taken this scooter all the way across town to the edge of town, then across to the other side of town, then back to my house and still having 3 bars. The tires are solid; the assembly was easy. Shipping was very fast and it was on prime. Literally the only negative thing is that it has automatic cruise control after about 30 seconds of throttle (there may be a way to disable that, but i do not know i haven't read the manual) overall, this was *definately* worth the price i paid for it. ... show more

I bought 2 of these and both of them broke in the steering and the whole neck fell apart this is outrageous. I also bought one of the blue ones and it did not have this issue. My kid wanted red thats the only reason we got the other color we didn't expect to get a complete piece of junk

High quality build you can tell by low noise and the smoothness of riding. I like the feature of the additional support bars at the rear wheeling making it sturdy for folding and carrying. Note that you need to connect to the app and turn on ‘zero-start’ otherwise it doesn’t go and I thought it’s broken… ... show more

Unfortunately, we received a defective scooter. However, the company made it right by walking us through troubleshooting, concluding that it was in fact defective. They then sent us a prepaid return label and a new scooter that works perfectly. We appreciated the help and prompt response.

This scooter is very easy to install, I think it took me like 20 minutes to get everything set up. I can lift and carry it around during transporting. It has 3 speeds to choose from slow to medium and fast. Overall, it is very convenient for me.

We ordered two. On one, the back fender cracked and fell off mid ride on the fist trip around the campground. It caused the back wheel to locked up and it flung my child off. The second on would not go over 8 mph and then stopped working. It was reading fully charged. The next day, it worked for about an hour and then it started doing the same thing again.
