Pros: * Right off the box it comes pre-assembled, only need to attach the whole handle bar section with screws * Design and Quality is up there, sturdy in my opinion * Easy to fold and store in my car trunk * Battery life is as advertised, depends on riders weight & ride mode. There are a large number of improvements that this model introduces compared to the previous one. The headlight has been perfecrly adjusted to be bright enough to see well without blinding people as you pass. The ride is incredibly smooth. The clearance is a little less than the last model but that is because it has twice the battery size and range. The app works perfectly and allows you to control all the lights and speed settings easily. It is much zippier than the previous motor. I raced it against my older model and while the top speed is the same, the acceleration was noticeably better with more torque. The part where you stand is very grippy rubber while the rest of the scooter feels like solid steel. The mechanism to lock the handlebar stock in place was also improved. The tail light is good and bright. The brakes work very well. They improved the quickstand design. I was able to connect both my scooters to the app and switch between them easily. The splash resistance works very well IPX5 is clearly placed right in the middle of the sticker so you know exactly what it can handle. Assembly was very easy and the tool included was actually really nice, I will be keeping it for my own personal use. They also included an extra screw which I really appreciate. One last thing that I was excited about was the LED display. The last model was too bright and so it made it harder to see at night but this one is just right. It also tells you how much range you have when you turn it on which is very useful. This scooter feels like it is worth 900 but it cost me 380 on sale, if you are looking for a good deal you found it here. They fixed all the things that they could with this newer model and I am loving it!

Got this scooter to cruise around the neighborhood. It was pretty much ready to go right out of the box. All that was needed to do was put in 6 screws for the handlebar and controls.Its pretty heavy and the plastics are very rugged and durable. It has an app which you can change the settings. Like I changed the kph to mph and also the gear adjustment to high for more top speed. It has other features as well like setting limitations on the speed. Top speed is over 15 mph but seems a lot faster when riding on this scooter. One thing I really like is the bright blue led strips on each side of it when the lights are switched on. Great scooter for the summer!

The scooter has been great but the back tire keeps going flat. Since there is no tube to replace how do I get a new tire? It is really affecting my performance and battery life.

Everything about this scooter was awesome, but it will not charge. Charging is a critically important function. I don't use this scooter because there is only two bars of five left and it will not charge. I may as well use up the two bars to get what I can out of it, before it is a total loss.

The scooter operates adequately at 15 mph, however, a clicking noise emanating from one wheel warrants investigation. A faster scooter is desired for commuting purposes.
