The scooter seem to be operating perfectly fine with no issues up until I used the smart app to lock the electric scooter while I was in a store shopping. When I returned to the scooter to unlock it on the app it would not let me unlock it. The device is now Frozen and completely worthless. I am getting a replacement. We'll see if this one messes up too. I guess I will not be locking my next scooter because I am assuming that's what caused the malfunction. What angers me the most is the mouth manufacturer has no contact information is not reachable by Amazon support. Plus the email given by the manufacturer doesn't even exist. Seems pretty sketchy to me.

It lasts just one month, the product is not good the screws fell off and the stem is very wobbly, so it the whole handlebar. there’s no way to fix it and it’s very dangerous to ride. Everything just starts detaching after a month. It’s not that heavy but it goes pretty fast. Either way I’d recommend getting another scooter instead of this one. Not very sturdy
