This was a great purchase. Super fast delivery. I was quoted 7 days and it came in 3. Sturdy frame, easy setup, and quick acceleration - especially since I’m pushing 250lbs. I used the user friendly app to tame it down because +20mph was too fast for my comfort on a scooter. The battery lasts more than a week with daily riding several miles multiple times. *UPDATED* I thought there was only the rear brake, but I was wrong. The front drive wheel has an electric brake that helps slow down the scooter. This can be adjusted through the APP for how strong the electric brake works. It also has a mechanical rear wheel brake that is adjusted like a bicycle brake system. With a little adjustment the scooter breaks pretty good. I am very impressed with this product. :D

However, don't mistake this for an off-road beast; it lacks the torque for steep or rugged terrain. It’s a "commuter plus," best kept to paved paths and light gravel. Power & Battery Management: Mastering the modes is essential for range: Eco: Very slow—only useful for navigating a store or crowded sidewalk. Drive & Sport: Cycling between these is the secret to reaching your destination without draining the battery. Pro-Tip: Powering down at crosswalk waits lets the battery "catch its breath," which I’ve found effectively maintains steady voltage for the next leg. Room for growth: This is a solid build, but two upgrades would make it perfect: pneumatic tires for better dampening and a swappable battery to eliminate range anxiety on longer hauls. Scooter was emaculately packed and assembly was so easy even it was finished in a minute. Clear instructions were there even they had hex key wrench with supported handle. Scooter has 3 modes which allows to choose speed level which is good for kids. It does have walk option and also comes with bright head light which enables it to be used in dark. Easily support adult weight as well without degrading speed.
