Looks exactly as pictured, super easy to put together. My 12-year-old assembled it! Came fast and she loves it! The only downside is that after a few days, the battery would start to deplete quickly. Some days it holds a great charge and other days she will drive a mile and watch the battery deplete. Im not sure if its her user error of not fully charging it, but I dont think you should be able to watch the battery deplete while riding for a mile. Still looking into if its us or the battery of the scooter. ... show more

I honestly wasn't expecting to like this scooter as much as I do. It has exceeded my expectations in several ways. First, it actually reaches about 19 mph, which feels surprisingly fast while still feeling stable and easy to control. The battery life has also been impressive. I can ride around my neighborhood without worrying about running out of charge. I'm about 136 pounds, and this scooter has no problem getting me around. It even handles some of the steeper hills in my neighborhood better than I expected. It rolls over most sidewalk cracks and uneven pavement without any issues. The only times I slowed down were because the sidewalks themselves were in really rough shape—not because of anything wrong with the scooter. The color is gorgeous in person and looks even better than it did online. Assembly was also pretty simple. The only part that confused me at first was connecting the handlebar wiring. The instructions could explain that step a little better, but once I figured out how the connectors fit together, it was easy. I do want to mention that I had an accident while riding. However, I don't blame the scooter at all. It was caused by a badly uneven section of sidewalk, not a defect or issue with the scooter. Like with any electric scooter, you still need to pay attention to potholes, raised sidewalks, and other hazards. Overall, I think this scooter is an excellent value. It's fast, has a good range, climbs hills well, looks great, and has been a fun and practical way to get around.
