Here’s the deal. This is a great laptop for simple things. Easy business platforms, document processing. I use these for swim meet software. This will not support gaming, graphic design, or complex business programs. Looks like additional RAM or a larger hard drive could be added. But I would choose a different product if that’s your aim. This Co m Peter is a mess! My 3rd Asus cause they're so good. This one, refurbished, is sluggish, slow and freezing. Asus is a great brand, my favorite, but this particular machine was not checked out thoroughly after Refurbishing. Sending back after 10 days of trying to make work.

This laptop works well for documents or things like that, but it's pretty slow. The CPU can't handle much multitasking. If you use any type of 3d software or CAD programs move along. It doesn't handle these well
