I’ve been riding this electric scooter for about a week now, and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been starting using this scooter to commute to school in the past three days, riding around 4 daily, and it’s been super reliable. The speed is great. I usually cruise at 18 mph. Though is may slow down a little bit, it is still able to handle small hills. The battery holds up well, and I only need to charge it every two to three days. Plus, the charging time is faster than I expected — usually done within a few hours. Setup was quick and easy. It came with all the tools needed, and I had everything assembled and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Folding it takes just a few seconds, and it’s light enough to carry when I need to bring it indoors to recharge the battery. The app is also really useful — I like being able to lock the scooter and check the remaining battery right from my phone. Overall, this scooter has made my daily commute so much easier. If you’re looking for something fast, portable, and easy to use, I’d definitely recommend it. The price is not too high, so it is quite worth to try for a beginner.

Road 3 days and dropped it and stem bracket on handlebars cracked . Trying to get them to just send stem bracket to fix and me even pay for it if I needed to. Said it out of stock. I bought 2 of these. So I guess you can’t get replacement parts.

The media could not be loaded. This is my first e-scooter. Despite that I didn’t how it was supposed to work, this one was so easy to operate: I didn’t even have to read instructions. Press the power button to turn it on, and hold down the switch to get it moving. The whole scooter feels very sturdy, providing a strong stability when you ride it. The brake is a bit more powerful than I expected, so it can come to a full stop at any speed. Lastly, the battery seems endurable; I have been riding it every day for short trips like going to the park and picking up kids from school, only lost one bar of battery so far (it’s been like 5 days or so). It is definitely worth the money.
