Runs great and daughter loves it. You do need to download the app as the max speed is set to 16mph. The app allows you to open it up to get the full 19. My daughter has hit it, but I weigh more and it only gets me to 16. The headlight is bright and so is the little taillight.

I really liked the scooter and how fast it took to receive it. What I didn't like was the support I received trying to get defective product replaced. I received this item with the wire cut like this. I've had to many bad experiences with products grounding or stopped working due to cut wires. I'm sure the scooter is great, but I would choose another seller if they don't respond promptly to any issues you have which is why I am giving my rating. This scooter dies quickly from I got it I just parked it because I have to be walking with the scooter it can’t go 3.1 miles it dies at 2miles smh 🤦♀️, it’s easy to assemble, power isn’t good for the battery, range is short, it takes 5-7 hours to charge but takes 2 hours to die 🧐

Don’t do it. The scooter has absolutely zero power. Uphills it’s a complete dog. The brakes are suspect at best. Again stay away.
