Why did you pick this product vs others?: Price and features. Coffee quality: It is always a benefit to have espresso beans ground right before you pull the shot. Functionality: It is pretty easy to use. The coffee results were quite good and the steam ones delivers a nice product. I did find the instruction booklet a little difficult to follow. Especially the descaling process. There are no details and exactly how to do that. It even suggest putting detergent into the machine rather than a descaling liquid. Build quality: I really do love the look of the machine. It seems to be very solid.. Ease of use: once you have the routine down, it is pretty easy to use. I do find I have a little trouble, knocking the used puck out of the Porta filter. I have to scrape it out with something. It doesn’t come out when you bang it on a knock box.

I like this espresso machine very much. It looks very beautiful in blue color and not too big for my kitchen. The grinder is good and easy to use. Coffee taste is strong and creamy, like from café. I also make cappuccino and latte with the steam wand, it works fine after some practice. Water tank is big so I don’t fill every day.

Very easy to use and it’s beautifully designed. I really wanted to like this base on the customer reviews. However, the espresso temperate fails to stay hot. I will make an espresso and within one or two minutes it’s almost completely cold. By the time I add sugar the espresso is already cold to touch. Definitely not hot enough for me. I did not plan on returning it; however, waking up to cold espressos every morning will definitely motivate that.

I’m no coffee expert or anything close to it but I do enjoy a good espresso based drink and we were so surprised by the quality of extraction this machine has! Look at that crema!! And also the steamer made the perfect silky smooth milk, I am so happy with this machine and love how it looks next to my kitchen aid that is the same color! Honestly to use it it’s quite easy and instinctive if you’ve ever used any kind of espresso machine before, it doesn’t take that long to warm up and the tank has a large capacity so it’ll be days before I need to refill it, love it!!

I bought this right after I got married and didn’t love this machine. I’ve been a barista for 4 years and the machine makes pour espresso shots, along with the milk frother not getting hot enough to steam the milk. I’ve had a lot of issues with this product and I wish I would have returned it. :(

This worked beautifully from 2/14-6/5. Unfortunately, the grinder lost power and now just does a sad, weak noise and that’s it. Cleaned it according to instructions and still dead. Really bummed about this. I had originally wanted the Breville and was gifted this instead- next time I’ll just buy what I want as know it’ll last. I’d done a ton of research and I 100% suggest spending the extra money on a solid machine like Breville.
