Very easy to assemble, my 11 son did the work lol. You get the most amazing tool ever to assemble it(multi-tool that is flathead, Phillips, Allen wrenches and decent sockets. One negative though, it says 20 miles per hour but she has a governor on it that holds it back to 15. (I.,e. For you speed freaks just remove it) Can't promise you will have a warranty after that but...if you ain't first your last. I've only had this scooter for a couple of months and the seat and kickstand don't stay where their supposed to, no matter how much I tighten them. The battery life is getting worse. Unless I'm going downhill, it says it's going 25mph, when it's really going 21mph. The back tire never stays completely aired and now it's flat. And they were going to send me spare parts in a week. It's been almost a month. I'm disabled and I have to repair something that should've been fine from day one.? ... show more

But the bad thing I had to pay a fine in my country Jamaica for importing it before I had a permit, for which I had no knowledge about. The fine was 2 times the cost of the bike for taxes. Ordered this item, and the next day tried to cancel. They did not answer my cancelation for over 3 days and told me that it was too late and that they had already shipped the item. They offered me a partial refund. After using this scooter for less than 2 weeks the charging cord broke.
