The delivery was very quick. This is my second scooter, and compared to my old one, this model is much more powerful—especially noticeable when going uphill. Its top speed is 22 mph, which is only 3 mph faster than my previous scooter, but the difference in ride feel is significant—it feels much faster. Road 3 days and dropped it and stem bracket on handlebars cracked . Trying to get them to just send stem bracket to fix and me even pay for it if I needed to. Said it out of stock. I bought 2 of these. So I guess you can’t get replacement parts.

Awesome little scooter, it doesn't tell u this but to up the mph just double tap the power button, but it gets up n goes!!! Love it!!! And the brakes stop on a dime! Update!!! Going up hill it slows to a crawl, I'm sure it depends on the grade of the hill and the weight of it's operator, I'm 240 and 6 ft, going up hill it slowed way down. Just a forewarning, if your looking to keep a decent high speed get a different scooter this is the 650w version. ... show more

There's a large, gentle slope near my house, and other scooters used to struggle to get up it, but this one is incredibly stable and effortless. On flat roads, I easily reach the advertised top speed and can easily overtake other vehicles. The folding mechanism is incredibly easy—a simple click and release in just over ten seconds. My home to my school is 1 mile, I walk 20 mins daily sometimes late for the class. Now with the scooter only take 6 mins,not anxious anymore. Easy to assemble, easy to control, it's pretty stable when riding. Light weight, I can carry by one hand when it's folded. It's a cool and helpful, I love it.
