The scooter came in a large box and seemed to be well packaged and protected with lots of foam. It comes with the charger, manual, some screws and the tool you need to put it together. Assembly was fairly easy, you just have to tighten 4 screws to attach the handle but should be mindful of not pinching the wires. All together it took about 5-10mins; the scooter is kind of heavy and I was trying to be careful in taking it out as to not damage anything. The manual is easy enough to follow but has some interesting wording. It suggests to use the app but I preferred to just use the controls on the scooter and didn't bother with the app. The scooter came partially charged and after charging for about half an hour, it was ready. I bought this for commuting in the city and it does its job well. The speed is more than enough (tops out around 36kmh or 21mph) and the handling is pretty smooth. It seems to be built sturdy and the front and rear suspensions work nicely. If the street is rougher, it gets a bit bumpier and that's to be expected. It would be better if the tires were air but the scooters that have that feature tends to cost alot more. So that's something to consider depending on your preference. I commute only a few miles and the charge status barely goes down much at that range so it serves me well, it can definitely go a lot further it seems. The appearance is fashionable and cool, the battery life is long, the power is strong, the shock absorption is comfortable, the brakes are sensitive and safe, with lighting and brake lights, and I don't need to drive around my home anymore. We purchase for our granddaughter for Christmas. She has only ridden it a couple of months and the bar broke away from the frame. Have been trying to get someone to respond about warranty about replacement but have not heard from anyone! Very disappointed.

I’ve been using this electric scooter for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it performs. The 350W motor has plenty of power for everyday riding, and it gets up to 19 mph without struggling. It feels stable and confident even at top speed. The 19‑mile range is accurate for real-world use — I can get through multiple short trips or a full day of commuting on a single charge. The 8.5" solid tires are a huge plus because I don’t have to worry about flats, and the ride is smoother than I expected for solid tires. The dual braking system works really well and gives me a lot of control, especially when stopping quickly. It also folds easily and is light enough to carry up stairs or put in the trunk.
