The media could not be loaded. So I got them for my grand kids for Christmas, they love them, one is 10 the other 6 both can handle them on regards to simplicity, and have enough power to move my daughter and her boyfriend. Not bad for a light duty little scooter. No regrets here.

Purchased 3 of these scooters for Christmas. One the battery went bad within a week. A second battery went bad 3 months later. They did replace the first scooter. Over all these scooter come with poorly made battery pack which cost $100 + dollars to replace. Battery packs only have a 30 day refund and do not have a warranty. You can purchase a one year warranty for around $30. They didn't even want the first scooter returned. Issue is no one makes a decent battery for these scooters that will last a year or two. ... show more
