I've put almost 2000 miles on the 22mph one now after almost a year and a half. It is extremely durable for no reason. Crashed it bunch of times screwing around on it and I came out more hurt than it every time lol. The max miles is around 10 on it going full speed. I've never really driven it in the lower power settings but I wouldn't doubt it'll do around 20 miles on a full charge on the lowest setting. The only thing that broke on it was the back light because I crashed and the fender got cracked. It took a while for the fender to fully break off though and the light to go out. Then just recently the wind knocked over my scooter and the kickstand came off lollll. If you really took care of this thing though it would last forever. Oh yeah, also the suspension needs lubricant because it leaks a lot ngl but there's just a cap on the top of them you take off and can just put chain lubricant in there. It is a little bumpy but it's pretty good at offroading. And it's so good at drifting loll. The tires on mine aren't even balded out or anything either. I did decide to stop drifting it though cause it does bald out the tires. Fun little thing though, very simple to use. Can't get the app to work but that's whatever yk ... show more

With gas prices being higher than ever, this scooter came very handy. This scooter is super fast, doesn’t make much noise and pretty stable. It has a very good design, whenever it can be folded, has a kick stand, and doesn’t feel too heavy. I would highly recommend this to a yo e for a short commute to work, and anyone trying to save money on gas. It is the best investment ever. ... show more

This is the worst product I have ever purchased. My brother bought the same scooter, and it broke in half after only one month of use. At the time, we assumed it was caused by improper use. However, a few weeks ago, the exact same failure happened to my son’s scooter. My son weighs only 70 lbs and was riding normally when the scooter suddenly broke in half in the same location as my brother’s scooter. This leads me to believe there is a serious design or manufacturing defect with this product. The situation became even more frustrating when I attempted to use the extended warranty that I purchased. The warranty was provided through Asurion. I submitted all of the documentation they requested, yet my claim was denied. Their explanation was that I had not provided all of the required documents, despite the fact that I submitted everything they asked for. They then cancelled the claim without giving me a fair opportunity to resolve the issue. Not only is the scooter of extremely poor quality, but the warranty service has been equally disappointing. Fortunately, my son was not seriously injured when the scooter failed. Given that two identical scooters failed in exactly the same way under normal use, I am very concerned that this product presents a safety risk to children. Another problem is that we can't even contact Amazon support because its out of refund status. Don't buy extended warranty especially if its covered by ASURION!!! ... show more

Good beginning scooter. Myself im 230 pounds it gets to 21 mph good torque. Distance wise it will not travel 22miles on a single charge.

    • Great commuter scooter on a flat route
I use this scooter to commute to work about 1.5 miles each day on a fairly flat route. I charge it about every 4 days and it performs well. The one hill on my route does really stretch its capabilities but overall I am very satisfied with this scooter for what I use it for.

500 watt version.. the top speed is not accurate Its MUCH faster. I'm 6'0" 205 lbs and it went 30MPH without any fuss at all. Still pulling. The quality for the price is unreal. I cant believe how nice this thing is. I bought it for my 12 year old for getting all As and Bs this year but maybe i need one too. ... show more

Works well. I’m at the weight limit and still gets me up to 18 mph for a few miles. At full power on sports mode I can go about 7-8 miles. Over all great just takes a while to charge

    • Brakes stopped working
I’ve had this scooter for about a month and up until 2 days ago it was fine. The speed was cool reaching about 27 on flat road but not too great on hills. 2 days ago the brakes went out going downhill and luckily I was able to jump off before reaching the intersection. I adjusted the brakes from the back wheel adjustment but when I went back through the same hill later that day the brakes went out again. I’m currently in the process of returning it. ... show more
