Charge briefly, unplug and try powering on. How to adjust loose handlebars? Wherever there's a loose screw, tighten it. What should I do if the brakes aren't responsive? Loosen the screw that secures the brake cable on the brake master cylinder, then readjust the position of this screw to tighten the brake cable further. The throttle won't turn. What should I do? 1.Non-zero start adjustment: Set P09 to 1 (non-zero) / 0 (zero). Hold "+/-" for P00 → power button to P09 → tap "-" to 00000. Hold "+/-" to save/exit, or wait 8s auto-exit. 2.Check speed limiter; set P08 to 100 to disable.

I was looking for a high-end, well-built, POWERFUL scooter that would take me to MY limit. After reading the first 2 outstanding reviews by a couple of guys who are obviously seasoned veterans in this sort of thing, this is the e-scooter I finally settled on. --No regrets. The bang for buck ratio is the absolute best you will get with this machine. Now I was willing to pay more, but why? They are ALL made in the same Chinese factory by the same people. Brand names mean precious little any more. An exhilarating 37mph is easily achievable in 3rd gear, dual motor mode. (Even for a fat guy.) And although there are a few more machines that can go even faster, MY body can not. So here I proudly and comfortably stand (with a extra wide base that I can actually shift my stance on WHILE in motion.) My only complaint is the LCD screen is not bright enough for daylight, much less daylight with sunglasses. (They should have went with LEDs!) But the more that I ride, the more I become one with this beast. Where I'm going, I won't need a screen at all, eventually. Best high-end scooter that you can buy overall. So far have only used scooter one weekend at A RV resort so all concrete and smooth pavement. Speed a little disappointing, I weigh 285 top speedways around 21 mph my grand son weighs about 135 a claimed he reached upper 20s. Ride was smooth and battery life seemed good lasted entire weekend no charge. Update Battery quit charging very hard to get in touch with customer service everything is through Amazon send customer message. Considering I only charged the scooter 3 times I am a disappointed. Supposedly sending new charger but not sure that is the problem. Will update once completed New update Received new charger everything working. Also discovered I have been only using single motor settings once I put in dual settings wow. Crazy power I way 315 lbs and it will run 30+ mph and pop the front wheel of the ground. Absolutely love this scooter!!! It performed better than I expected. I definitely recommend! The speed and durability exceeded my expectations. I even drove grass, and it performed very well. The battery life is great. It has lasted as described. Great value for the money spent.

Lowk underrated, it says 34mph it goes 37mph. Battery life is good. Not so expensive for how fast it goes. The quality is like a 8 out of ten because of the brakes. They were squeaky but they worked. I was like 138 pounds by the way and the weight limit is like 250 pounds. The stability is good but you need to hold it strong , so i would only recommend this for a 14+ year old who is mature. ... show more

Good quality scooter at first. Do not get this wet at all. It doesn't handle moisture. It is a fast scooter thought. The dial to collapse the handle bars are complicated and a pain. The screen is dim in the day and night. Super heavy scooter too, lift with your back!

Very heavy scooter, no customer service contact number, or parts catalog to order parts if needed, front and rear tires are air tires not solid tires. Difficult to add air unless you buy a air valve extender, trying to replace rear tire that's already worn after having scooter for only a month and a half. Even Amazon customer service are unable to contact manufacturer which happens to be in China. Stay away from this product and save yourself headaches. ... show more
