Amazon delivered my purchase 2-days early and I received my Scooter in large cardboad box. It was well packed and nothing was damaged. I easily assembled it in about 15 minutes.. Plugged it in for about 8-hours and had a full charge on the battery pack. You will need to use the NFC card everytime you power it up so dont loose them - you get 2-cards. Also the white card will need to be used as well if you do not use the Scooter every day. The white card unlocks the additional speeds. I only ride on sidewalks where I live as these days with everyone on their cell phones while driving I dont want to become a statistic. Waiting to take it on local bike paths. We have had an extremely rainly spring and paths are too soft to take it out even thought it is capable for these conditions. The Scooter is very well built and easy to operate. Be careful as it has 3-speeds and it goes really fast. It has a folding handle that is simple to use if you want to transport it. A bit on the heavy side at 35-pounds. I think the weight helps to keep it stable at all speeds. I have taken it on several trips to the local Walgreens and post office and it ran excellent. No night riding as of yet. It does have turn signals, horn, front and rear lights and brake light + reflector on rear fender.

Product is defective. Gooseneck in steering column DOES NOT stay firm, tight, and functional. A diester waiting to happen. There is no way to fix this without voiding your warranty and/or removing the entire steering column and rebuilding this defect on this eBike. Buyer beware. Seller refuses to honor the 30 day replacement. He going to end up being sued. This defective gooseneck/ handlebar left me with two cracked and dislodged ribs, and a chipped hipbone. I thought I was just sore from being thrown off the e Scooter. I was wearing shin guards, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards and a helmet. After more than 10 days of being very sore, at follow-up doctor appointment, he insisted I g to ER for xrays. This is what we learned. Think how much worse it could have been if I had not been wearing protective give. Send us a valid return slip. Send us a return valid slip!!!!

I love this scooter. It’s very fast, durable and great quality. The battery life is excellent on a full charge. Definitely water resistant and it has the hard cover shell protecting the battery from damage. The 11inch pneumatic tires plus dual suspension makes the ride even smoother. Go get you one. It’s worth the cost.

I’ve been using this scooter for a while now and I’m honestly very impressed. It’s extremely reliable and very fast, which makes getting around so much easier. One of the best things about it is the suspension — it’s really smooth and absorbs bumps very well. This is especially important for me because I’ve had back surgery, and the good suspension makes the ride much more comfortable and less painful. The build quality also feels solid and durable, so it gives you confidence while riding. The only thing to keep in mind is that the scooter is a bit on the heavier side, which might make it slightly harder to carry or lift. Overall, it’s a great scooter: fast, reliable, comfortable, and built well. I definitely recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a smooth ride with strong suspension.

This scooter does not hold up. The bolts start backing out after every ride. I started using locktight on the loose bolts, but it was like wack a mole. Finally, the bolt that held the front suspension in place fell out while my son was riding it. THIS THING IS DANGEROUS.

Frame broke in the first hour. My son was so disappointed. Sent for refund or replacement. They sent a replacement a month later and the second one the back brake broke off completely in a day. Going to try to JB weld it back on. I would not recommend to a friend.

I can’t believe how much I love this scooter. I’m 65 and ride this thing every day. It’s good quality and has been perfect. Goes forever and a day on a charge. Probably going to have to buy one for the wife. She loves riding it also.
