The scooter arrived with damage to the plastic protection around the cables and wheels. I purchased the 500W model, but it is severely underpowered and barely exceeds 5 mph on a small slope. A cheaper scooter I own from another brand is at least twice as powerful. The unit may be defective, but returning it is another problem: I would have to pay the return shipping myself, and the cost is reportedly higher than the scooter is worth. My daughter wanted a different one. We chose this as it had a 500 watt motor over her friends with a 300. This has a larger battery. Shows longer distance, faster speed than her friends. In reality the friends lasts way longer, goes a bit faster. It is neat and has good overall performance but the claims of top speed and range are not what they claim Ended up sending product back. It just went through the charge way too fast * Amazon return said box not needed. Get to UPS store and had to have a box. $33.11 to ship it back ... show more

I’m absolutely blown away by this Fcgeoi electric scooter! I picked the 1200W version and the power is incredible—accelerates smoothly, climbs small hills effortlessly without struggling at all. Assembly only took me around 10 minutes with all the tools included, super straightforward even for someone who’s not handy. The frame feels really sturdy and solid when riding, no wobbly shaking at higher speeds. Handling is responsive and stable, the wheels absorb minor road bumps well, and motor noise is surprisingly quiet for such a powerful model. Battery life meets the official range claim perfectly for my daily commute to work. Foldable design is a huge plus, easy to carry and store in my garage. Piece of crap. Hardly goes a few miles before dying. Even on "Eco" mode you aren't getting the listed 20+ miles out of this thing. On a normal day with normal conditions, you'd be lucky to squeeze out 5. Motor is listed as 500 W but actually received a 350. Build quality is alright, nothing to write home about. Generally good scooter as advertised except for the range. I bought 2 of these and did a range test after my daughter complained it wasn’t lasting as long compared to her other friends scooters. She is getting about 5 miles on high speed (18mph setting). Here are the results: I’m 160lbs, tested on “D” (medium speed, 12mph). Started with full charge and ended when red bar came on (indicating nearly dead). Tested around neighborhood with occasional slowing down and mostly cruise control. Scooter 1 went 7.5 miles (43 minutes @ 10.7mph avg) Scooter 2 went 6.4 miles (36 minutes @ 10.6mph avg) ... show more
