Either I have a defective model or this is very poorly represented in their ad. The best pressure I could get was a meager 1200PSI. Yes, I have a pressure gauge in that range. I have a top-notch, gas-powered Generac that boasts 3800PSI and they aren't kidding! I knew right away that this was very poorly advertised.     • I was impressed!
This is my second pressure washer (PW). (Previous one died of old age.) The one thing my old PW did this one doesn't do, is siphon cleaner all the time. This one has a special bottle and nozzle that replace the spray wand. It's an easy swap, but I found I could empty the bottle of cleaner pretty quickly. That's my complaint. I like that the motor is off if the trigger isn't pressed (not spraying). There is a slight lag of a couple of seconds from pressing the trigger to getting full PW spray. It's only an issue if I tried to trigger, release, trigger, release. That second trigger press needs a little time to allow the PW to get up to full pressure. I like the configuration and the size. I like that it's got a two-prong power cord. I also suspect that the pressure cord and nozzles will work for this PW because it appears there's a standard all manufacturers use. I'll be trying those in the future. This power washer is easy to set up. I like that the handle retracts to make a small configuration. All the connectors are marked and not difficult to use. I like the standard assortment of spray nozzels. There's one more that I've seen the black one Instead of that, this included that spray bottle. That works and the cleaner says to leave it one a bit -- and that's the time needed to remove the soap bottle and put on one of the plain spray nozzles. We cleaned a porch so had to do the exterior of the house, screens, furniture, and the concrete. Everything looks so much better. ... show more

    • WORKS WELL BUT NOT AS POWERFUL AS CLAIMED
The media could not be loaded. It works well and is very easy to use, but it is not as powerful as claimed. It is lightweight, compact and very handy. Perfect for cleaning patios, patio furniture, siding, and washing cars. Don’t get too excited about it having a hose reel. The rest of it is very nice but the reel is cheap and does not operate well. It would be quicker to just coil the hose and hang it on the hook on the back. They seem to have changed it a bit because the one I got has a 16’ power cord and no GFCI. I was going to ding it for no GFCI but now I notice the listing states an inline GFCI but only a 7.3 ft. cord. GFCI great. Shorter cord, not so great. I really have an issue with the pressure and volume that they are claiming. It’s very misleading. I tried it with a light duty, rotary surface cleaner. The kind with a splash shield and arms that spin around with nozzles for cleaning driveways and patios. Even though it was designed for smaller pressure washers, this didn’t come close to being able to power it. I was able to use a turbo nozzle with it, but it was a light duty one. This would not have enough power to operate one with a larger orifice. I should mention that I have owned many pressure washers over the last 45 years and have a lot of professional experience with them. My only complaints are the claims they make about its power, and the less than satisfying hose reel. Functionally, it’s fine for jobs around the home and so much easier than dragging out my big pressure washer and having to deal with stale gas and carburetor issues. I can lift this with one finger and it stores away very compactly. Setting it up to operate literally only takes a minute or two. If you’ve never used a foam cannon to cover your car in suds, you’re in for a fun treat. The only reason I’m taking a star off the rating is because of the inflated claims and the hose reel. If they just left the reel off and listed more realistic numbers, I would give it 5 stars. ... show more

This power washer works great for being electric. Easy for me as a woman to use as it is so lightweight compared to our gas powered one. Was easy to assemble, has great pressure, cleans nicely. Strong durable materials. Should last a long time.
