Easy to put together and so comfortable. I have Parkinson’s disease and I am in a wheelchair and the only bad thing about this recliner is every time I get in it I go to sleep! If I’m reading my book falls in my lap. If I’m paying bills, I just can’t continue. The heat and the lifting me off the ground and the massage thing is good too! I love mine!

Bought the chair on 10/13/22 & got the chair on 10/15/22 instead of over a month as the Conforliving said. Wow! Got the chair in the small house and hubby put it together. Biggest issue was lack of directions, but we used the directions given and figured out what was what and where things went in an hour. We had never had an electric chair nor anything to lift besides the hand lever on the side. I had to figure out how to raise the legs and put them back down and lift me up. Got it. Only a four (4) star because of lack of good, visible instructions or a website to make bigger for the elderly who will really use this chair. So far, so good and it is comfortable and the legs raise high enough to use the chair for sleeping. I do like it.

The chair has the heat/massage balls so close to the surface of the chair seat that it hurts my husbands backside and is very painful we have to put a blanket or chair pad over them so he can sit in the chair! He keeps telling us to throw this dam chair away . It’s sad you pay got money for a chair to make a disabled Vet comfortable and this is what you get!!

Easy to put together. One problem, and it is a major problem for me, because it's the main reason I bought this chair, it does not recline to the rejuvenate position. Big imposition. It also died within a month of use. The seat broke in within a month of use.

A great price, the blue color is really luxurious looking as is the fabric, and the action is smooth - all electric. A wonderful "find" for the price. Plus, it was delivered early. The fit is really for smaller folks, which is wonderful for average sized to smaller women. The heat/massage unit works great and is nice. It is also a very easy "lift" for elderly people to be able to get out of. Highly recommend.
