UPDATE: I have had it about a month now and I couldn't be happier with it. It handles well and has plenty of power. I highly reccommend this scooter! I just rode it for the first time today. It was pretty easy to put together even though there isn't any clear instructions. The main issue I had was finding the 2 charging ports. They were not marked on the diagram or the instructions. One is on the left side of the steering column and the other is on the battery. You have to remove the battery cover to use it. I love the length of it, it gives me plenty of legroom but still compact enough to fit in my apt. It has lots of power. I am not sure when I will feel brave enough to try it at maximum speed. It is comfortable and handles beautifully. The front basket is the perfect size and I love the little cubby on the steering column. I took the back basket off and put my O2 tank holder on it and it fits perfectly. So far I am very happy with it. I will try to update this after I have used it for awhile. For now, I highly recommend this for the great price and overall quality.

The scooter works great and is a beautiful color. The only trouble is it doesn’t come with two knobs that are required to hold the arm rests in place. And there is no way for the rear basket to be attached to the scooter. Additionally, the basket listed in the instruction manual says it’s sold by a separate manufacturer and needs to be ordered but there is no place listed to order it. Other than these things the scooter is very nice and works great.

The scooter is a great little ride for my mother who has multiple heath issues and cannot walk much at all. I did buy a hitch carrier for it, even though the scooter can be folded and the battery removed and placed in the hatch of the suv. My dad had issues with getting it into the hatch. The battery charges well and is easy to remove and take inside. The battery is relatively heavy so someone weaker may have issues. All in all my parents love it.

The media could not be loaded. Scooter did not come with instructions. Came with wrong size tools. Was supposed to be at my house October 9th or 10th but didn't come. Then notification said the 16th. I messaged them to tell them I needed for this weekend. They said they don't deliver on weekends. I sent them another message and it came late today. Now the unboxing. The seat wobbles, bad. The front part where you put your feet looks like it was bent because it has white lines. They put the protective plastic wrap on under the small basket under dashboard, so we tried to take basket off with the tools they supplied but didn't work and now can't get screws back in. And we haven't even tried to start it yet. I don’t write reviews. I've never had this bad of a purchase before. I bought it because it is an Amazon choice. I saw the reviews and thought it would be a good purchase. I made a mistake. I have not reached out to the company about the issues yet. I'm waiting until we start it.

Omg this scooter is fast if you want to go slow turn the speed dial to turtle. It's a gorgeous red and I bought it because I work in a warehouse with concrete floors and I've got sciatica. It was easy for the guys to put it together. While I'm in the office I walk with my cane...But the warehouse I'm riding in style and pain free. Thank you.

If you have long legs you will not like this scooter, or if you are full figured you will not like this scooter, Its easy to put together and that’s a good thing because there aren’t any instructions. The seat wobbles and nothing can be done to secure it better. Maneuverability is poor; it doesn’t turn corners very easily. You have to turn, back-up, and turn again. It takes up my entire hatchback trunk. I can take it out of the trunk on my own but putting it in takes two people. The best thing going for it is battery life and its speed. All in all I wouldn’t purchase this again nor would I recommend it to anyone
